    Lawn Care

    The customer service is great and so is their desire to correct any lapses. Very friendly staff. A question on lawn care was actually answered by a supervisor who drove up to our house to explain. Amy, your customer service is fantastic. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

    Lawn and Weed Service

    For those who has given this company a 5 star you clearly do not have their services or you probably work for this company. In either case you're being dishonest and you're on payroll. If I could give negative stars on this company I DEFINITELY would! We had Dr Green Services for 1.5 years. The first year they came knocking on our door asking us if we wanted services cause our grass was in bad shape. They guaranteed us that our grass was going to be lush and beautiful. GUARANTEED! Our grass was so lush and green that year that they continued to have sales people come to our door to tell us that our grass was in bad shape and that if we went with Dr. Green they could make our grass look beautiful. Seriously?!?! Come on now really? Sell me a product with a promise, then knock on my door again trying to sell me your services again not even checking whether I was already a customer to sell me a service that I already have making the same promise to me that your services will do exactly what it has failed to do. You can imagine their "surprise" when I told them yeah our grass does look like crap and by the way we have your "awesome" services. Next thing you know they start talking about oh this is no acceptable we'll have a supervisor come out right now to take a look at it and re-administer services free of charge. Of course like all the stuff they say to customers it's a lot of fluff and nothing happens. No supervisor, no re-administering, no contact, nothing. At least not until they knock on our door again to try to sell some services or they want payment for services. They hit up our entire neightborhood that year and everyone's grass looks exactly the same. Yes "lush" and "green". Our grass which had barely any weeds when I was doing the work myself became a weed breeding ground. Our grass was so dead that we had to re-seed after canceling their services. We toughed it out for 1.5 years hoping that they could get it right. They could not! So yes we cancelled them thinking we would we done with this sham of a company. I call in tell them we no longer want their services because their services have destroyed our grass more than helped it. She responds by asking if I want a supervisor to come out and re-administer services to which I politely decline because seriously we've heard that sham for 1.5 years! So I ask the lady is there a balance on our account that I can take care of which their shouldn't be because we do automatic payments to which she replied. No there is not a balance. Fast forward 6-7 months later to today. I get a calll from Dr. Green services asking us to pay a past due balance. What?!? Press 2 to talk to a customer service rep. A lady called Amy picks up and says yes we have a balance. I tell her no we were told by their repp when we cancelled services that we didn't have a balance. Her tone changes and says sir her notes says nothing like that here let me tell you what it says. She starts reading notes saying I called in upset to cancel services. Then says I said there shouldn't be a balance. So I tell her yes I agree I did say that but she also told me there is no balance. Then she says well it doesn't say that here. So at that point I'm upset and tell her I'll take care of the balance but this is exactly why we cancelled your services to which she replied with a smart attitude, "Why because we make you pay money for services?" So I corrected her with no because you guys tell your customers one thing but instead do something else! So I said I will be making sure to let everyone that I know not to go with your services. To which she replied, "Why because we made you pay off your balance?" at this point I become livid and went off at her and told her if she wants this balance paid or not. I paid off the balance and here I am letting you all know how wonderful this company is. Want green grass and no attitude from reps? Stay away from this company.

    Remove weeds from my Lawn

    The sales person came to my home and promising me that the weed will completely be eliminated from my front as well as back yard if I hire them for a season. Once the season was over, no significant change. When I asked them what about their promise to eliminate weeds, they said that I will have to hire them for the next season and again the same promises. Ofcourse I did not rehire them.

    Lawncare

    I have had many issues with this company. They promise service and then don't show. They seem to do the work very quickly and I wonder how much of the product is applied to the lawn. They fertilized my neighbour's lawn instead of mine 2 days ago and promised to redo it. Then they sent out another technician two days later to apply the last application and have still not done the one that was improperly done to my neighbour's property. It seemed as if they wanted to get the last 2 applications done so they would be paid. I tried calling them to complain. Several times the line was busy and I could not get through. When I did get through I waited and when the call was transferred the line was dropped. This was very frustrating. I have given them several chances because their price is good and it seems comprehensive. I have sent an email cancelling the service next year. I hope they do not charge me as some of the other comments here suggest.

    Lawn care

    Terrible customer service, require prompting to complete contracted work, terrible results, still waiting for contracted lawn services in November!! My neighbour who does not fertilize or use weed control, has a better looking lawn than mine! ** update** Company completed only 1/2 my lawn with aeration and final fertilization in LATE NOVEMBER and said they would refund only 20% of any incomplete work!! It is now April and I still have not received any refund! Stay away!

    Absolute joke in every way. The odds of them helping your lawn are less than 5%. Odds of them making your lawn/life worse, 92%. Odds you regret starting with them, 98%.

    Lawn care services

    Very poor service. They practically run while applying the products; doubt if I get 1 or 2 granules/drops per square foot. Have had to bring them back on several occasions to re-do the application properly. They always leave my gate open. Had 2 properties with them; cancelled one however they continued service and now they expect me to pay it. Customer service is poor at best; takes them weeks to respond to anything. Definitely not impressed and would not recommend to friends or enemies.

    Window cleaning inside and out plus fan and two cylindrical light fixtures

    We were told by the sales people at the door that the windows, screens, sills would be cleaned inside and out plus two light fixtures and a fan for $ 300. The windows were cleaned, not the sills, the screens were removed but not put back. The fan was cleaned after an argument but not the two light fixture. I never want to deal with them again.

    Lawn Care

    DO NOT sign up with this organization. I used their service during 2014. They were not able to resolve my lawn issues and I cancelled my service at the end of 2014. SURPRISE...they showed up twice in 2015 and applied treatments to my lawn without my consent and then sent a bill. After calling them, they informed me that they are auto renewal meaning the service rolls over to the next year whether or not you want their service or are satisfied with it. They make harassing phone calls and apply ridiculous fees to your bill even after being told that you are willing to work with them to come to a resolution. BEWARE of the AUTO RENWAL and the unsatisfactory lawn care.

    Lawn care - Dr Green- Useless Service and looting people

    I have already sold my home and moved starting of Feb. 2015 and this year I found out I was apparently still getting billed for lawn work in summer from Dr. Green that was being done at the property which I no longer own. The new owner confirmed of getting no lawn care services. Collection people keeps on calling for dues making life miserable. I spoke with their customer service and they simply said we're sorry we can only split the cost because it was apparently my fault for not informing them about moving. So I still had to pay for it! I don't understand how a lawn care company can just show up to a house at the start of the spring without a courtesy call, confirmation call or a simple heads-up. What if the owners moved or what if they don't want the service anymore. Their response was we're no different than your utilities you need to keep us informed when you change address. Uh no I don't think so. I paid you on a service basis. I did not sign a contract with you to come to my house every year and just submit invoices left right and center. And I am in no way obligated to pay a bill for somebody else's property because your staff did not do their due diligence and make sure we still wanted the service for this year. Really poor management in my opinion and an unethical way to deal with customers. I would never use this company again. Stick with the more respectable lawn care companies. They keep on saying we will spoil your credit. I asked for the proof of services at my old home they don't have any answers to it. Beware of these .....
