    Lawn care services

This company always ignore customer's feedback. I had the services with this Dr. Green for over 10 years. In the last few years, I found that the weed treatment failed meeting my expectation. Also, I told them to leave me message a day in advance, they did only occasionally. It does not seems they care the customer. As such, I decided to switch to other company. I email them to cancel the services in Nov 2014 for the services in 2015. I spoke with their manager in early 2015 to confirm my cancellation, but they still come to service my lawn. I spoke with them again and confirm my cancellation. They keep emailing me the invoice and sending paper invoice to me. I replied them. Occasionally, I got the responses from the operator and offered to fix the issues. They asked for the email records. I did send to them. Then, nothing happened and no responses afterwards. The invoice keep continue coming to me. It seems like that they do not response to any of the customer feedback. In fact, this is the main reason that I discontinued my services with them when it expired in 2014. The major problem is that this company does not listen to their customers. Like the other feedback, it seems like this company did not let you to cancel their services. Be careful and think thousand times before you sign up with this company.

    Lawn care

BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. These guys came to get rid of weeds. Didn't do anything.! Overseeded the lawn and grass started growing over my flowerbeds. Called them to cancel any future services last year in August and they are still treating my lawn against my will and leaving bills at my door. When i called them they insisted i hadn't cancelled. FED UP OF THEM ! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES OR THEY WILL HARASS YOU FOR LIFE!!!!!!

    Lawn Care

Not coming when they say they are; continually calling to sell additional services; not living by the original agreement/quote that I was given back in the spring. Not impressed. Not responding to e-mails sent to customer service in regards to my concerns.

    Lawn repair

After long struggle with my lawn from empty patches to weed, I gave Dr. Green a chance and my lawn hasn't been any greener. The key to maximize your return and get a perfect lawn is to follow the instruction and recommendation on your invoice. If you're still unsatisfied call the nice and helpful team at Dr. Green and they'll send a manager to inspect and re-apply whatever is needed.

    Lawn Care

I'm on the lean edge of watering. I have a corner lot (large). Weeds and stuff crept in after I bought the house and then I contracted Doctor Green. I can spread furtilizer myself, so I judge a lawn care company by their weed control program. These guys did a blanket spray for weeds like others do and beat the price. Period. I can't do it myself for their price.

    Multi Year Lawn Care Customer

Have been with Dr Green for three seasons and every year it is the same thing: lawn looks terrible, I am invoiced and I have to call and insist that a Supervisor or Mgr visit my yard and remedy the problem. Every year excuses are made, promises for better service and discounts to stay with them. My lawn this year looks so bad that a competitor knocked on my door to offer service under the assumption we did not use a service. Have now sent multiple emails and phone calls to the customer service line but more promises of callbacks (from management) and visits have not been kept.

    Window cleaning inside and out

The window cleaning system uses huge volumes of water ($ and definitely not green). The operator cannot see the windows from the ground, and ours are still dirty, despite being gone over 2-3 times. The company has refused our repeated requests to speak to a manager about the poor job, and they billed our credit card more than 4 weeks before the job was done.

I am so sorry this is the experience you had with our services. We would like to speak to you regarding this matter if you have some free time please call 1-877-374-7336 ext 127

    Lawn Maintenance

Worst service I have ever got. All representatives are only providing lip service, don't deliver what they say, Over the past two years I have probably dealt with minimum 10 supervisors but I wasted my time. Enough is enough, I will go to BBB now. This post is only to save other people from being fooled by them. Trust me, they are worst based on my experience. I am short of words to alert all of you to not to get trapped by them. Thanks

    Lawn Care

I sold my house and moved last summer. And this year I found out I was apparently still getting billed for lawn work from Dr. Green that was being done at the property which I no longer own. The new owner must have been ecstatic for the free lawn service they were getting. I spoke with their customer service and they simply said we're sorry we can only split the cost because it was apparently my fault for not informing them about moving. So I still had to pay for it! I don't understand how a lawn care company can just show up to a house at the start of the spring without a courtesy call, confirmation call or a simple heads-up. What if the owners moved or what if they don't want the service anymore. Their response was we're no different than your utilities you need to keep us informed when you change address. Uh no I don't think so. I paid you on a service basis. I did not sign a contract with you to come to my house every year and just submit invoices left right and center. And I am in no way obligated to pay a bill for somebody else's property because your staff did not do their due diligence and make sure we still wanted the service for this year. Really poor management in my opinion and an unethical way to deal with customers. I would never use this company again. Stick with the more respectable lawn care companies.
