Dr Green Lawn Care Services reviews (1265)

Late March 2015 Dr Green came out and applied chemicals to our yard. Within a week our grass was dead. Have been fighting this since then with numerous phone calls. Promises but no results. I'm at my wits end.

Dr Green has taken care of our yard for a few years. My lawn is lush and green and the dandelions are gone! They are really good at showing up when they are supposed to and always provide the service they promised. They often have really good promotions that make them truly affordable as well.

Very difficult to cancel. After I cancelled service on my 2 properties they say they service 1 and want me to pay for service rendered . I had cancel and have no proof that they did come. I also send a message on their site the day i cancel to make sure that this was done because the girl on phone had no cancellation #.

We called and paid for our lawn care servide in April 2015. We paid for 5 lawn treatments, weed control, over seeding and aerators. We were told within a week they would be out to aerate and over seed. They did not show. I called in and they advised I was on the "RUSH" list to get this done and would be in 3-5 business days. I gave them a week and noone shows again. I call a second time and I get the same story. So I leave it and give them 10 days. They do not show. I receive an email from them advising they will be out next day shortly after. Noone shows up. I call a 3rd time and no record of an email and promise to come out in 3-5 business days....also im on the rush list. So I give one more chance. Noone shows for another 10 days. We are into June now. I call a 4th time and get the same crap and it was then that I cancelled my service and demanded money back. Now its going to be 2-4 weeks to get my money back! Worst company ever. Would NEVER recommend these people to pull dandelions let alone take care of a yard all season.

Called 3 weeks ago as the grape vine was sprayed during routine weed control. customer service representative wouldn't give me a time line when someone will come for inspection. again today I called and get another rep (Jessica) answering with a 'YUP'. When I enquired about speaking to a manager she said that no one was available. it's funny that no one bothered to call me in three weeks about the damage they did, yet I got a sales call today if I want to overseed for a 20% discount. we still have weeds even after a few years of dr. green service. terrible terrible experience. also to mention, she said if I cancel the service then no one will be able to come out and look at the damage. after much argument, she said 'yup' we can come out even if you cancel the service.

The services that I receive through Dr.Green have been exceptional, from the application to the promotions, the staff are very professional. I have recommended Dr. Green to family and friends when they asked how I keep my yard so lush, green and weed free.

I have been using Dr Green for my lawn for a couple of years and I am happy with their services. Healthy grass with no weeds is great. Thank you for the good service.

Technician mistakenly fertilized my neighbours lawn instead of mine on May the 20. I have called customer service 3 times to ask for re treatment to no avail. The call Center girls are very polite and assure me that they will forward my request.,.. To this date I haven't heard from anybody, haven't' seen the technician yet I a paid for the service. At this point I am fed up. This day and age where customer service should be first priority Dr. Green has no concept what a good customer service is!!!!
