Since it is the first time that we used Dr. Green lawn services, and we had our first winter fertilizer boost service in the Fall, we have had satisfactory experience with Dr Green. I like the email notification on the service prior to the service being performed on the lawn, and the customer service agents have been courteous when speaking with me. I am also happy with the $50 referral fee when I refer my family and friends to Dr. Green. Now I will just wait for the referral credits to be applied to my account (I believe that I have made 3 referrals).

Dr. Green has been taking care of my lawn for a number of years, and I already prepaid for 2015. My front yard has a walkway of Rundle Rocks which are sensitive to heavy machinery. After pointing this out, the service person is very careful with the mower and also watchful when going over the natural stone steps in the back. I appreciate that.

Good telephone response to questions. Excellent notification of service visits. Tidy cleanup. Good problem solving when things don’t work. I am looking forward to seeing them again in the upcoming spring.

Dr. Green's customer service has always been fantastic. Anytime we have called because we have had weeds that came back, they were out almost the next day to redo a treatment to insure we are happy. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE.

I have Dr. Green services for last 4 years. My lawn looks greener and healthy during summer time and weeds are very rare to see. Biweekly I have seen Dr. Green representative comes to do visits & recommend any remedies required. I still have to pay for this year services as waiting for this brutal winter to end.
