    Lawn care

Customer service is very unresponsive. After being informed of an upcoming treatment, no one showed up, and there was no explanation for the missed appointment or when the reschedule would take place. I have repeatedly asked for a service to be done, and it's over a month, with nothing yet.

    Lawn Care

I sign up last year for lawn care they promise to come after 15 days the sign up but nobody show up. I call customer service they promise to come next week but nobody show up again so I call four times then they come they did the treatment but nothing is happen my lawn is went worst from last year. Then I call customer care that I am not satisfied with your service if anybody come to treat my lawn please knock the door first I want to see what they are doing. Anyway the year is passed and I paid the sign up amount. This year beginning of the season I got the call regarding the sign up this year I told them I don't want any treatment from you guys. But they come and do some work without informing me and without knocking my door. Now they demanding $ 366 for the treatment when I refused to pay the amount they threatening me they go to collection company. I did not sign up any thing this year but still they are threatening me by no reason. Please be careful.

    Weed control

We were so disappointed with Dr. Green. To start with they never show up when you expect them and sometimes they never show up at all (although you will still be billed). And they continue to charge you when you cancel the service. Never again.

    Lawn Care

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Dr. Green. I paid in full for the "Very Best Treatment Plan" on April 25th, as I wanted to get a head start this year, get early fertilization and get ahead of dandelion season. After three weeks there was no service and weeds started to explode. I emailed and they marked it as priority to come out ASAP. On May 20 they finally came and applied fertilizer but no weed spray. On the receipt left in the mailbox they indicated we needed power raking yet our lawn had just been power raked three weeks earlier by another company. After waiting another couple of weeks I emailed and phoned indicating that out lawn was being taken over with weeds. No action resulted. Meanwhile we were phoned on May 29th and told that Dr. Green would be out to do areation the next day. Another phone call late in the afternoon on the 30th saying they were on their way and by the way "would we like overseeding at the same time?" We said no thanks, just the aeration. They never showed up so after waiting a week I phoned to find out why. I was told that that service person marked down that it could not be done because we had not marked our sprinkler heads. This was absolutely untrue, as we had indeed marked our sprinkler heads well ahead of time. Upon probing I found out they they could not find our house due to a minor error in the recorded address (even though the person who came out for the first fertilizer application found the house OK) . If the service person had told the truth, I would not have had to phone back to get the aeration I paid for, which was eventually done on June 9th. Still no weed control. Finally, though, on June 25th Dr Green came and applied the second application of fertilizer and the first application of weed control. On the receipt they marked down that we also needed aeration, which as I have already said was done by their own company just over two weeks earlier - the plugs were still on the ground! Needless to say, our lawn is a mess and it will take the rest of the season and part of next for the lawn to be restored and the weeds completely choked out. But next year I will be going with a different company or just do it myself. Dr. Green has friendly cheerful people on the phone and they really want to be a good company. But they have problems with internal communication and the folks who come to do the service don't seem to know much about lawn care.

    Lawn Services

I had Dr. Green services in 2013. I had called in the end of April 2014 to cancel my services due to change in the financial situation. The agent on the phone confirmed that all the services are cancelled and I do not owe any money to Dr Green. I have received a bill in the mail for 2 services in April 2014 and May 2014. Usually Dr. Green sends an email for the service and I did not receive any email for the services being performed. There was no service completed notice on my lawn too. I had called Dr. Green today and the agent wanted me to pay half of it and settle it.

    Dr Green Lawn Care

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I had service and it was not done to my satisfactory so I cancelled for the next season. Low and behold the still showed up to perform service even though I cancelled. I immediately called told them that I was no longer a customer. They say thanks and cancelled. Then they called to collected. After arguing that I never really ordered the service I stated ok maybe it is fair to pay and they settle for a smaller amount. Seemed fair. Since then they have called 4 times looking for their balance. Each time they end up agreeing that I don't really owe it. Who ever runs this company is definitely into for the short term and to all those great young people working there I would start to look for other alternatives!!!!!!!!

    Dr. Green Lawn Care Cambridge

BEWARE!!! We signed up with this company last year under promotion. We weren't happy with the service and kept trying to sell us more. My husband told them we weren't happy and wouldn't be renewing! This year they visited the property 2x and sent us the bill. The kicker is WE MOVED 6 MONTHS AGO!! They say if you don't cancel they automatically renew. Are you freaking kidding me?? They expect us to pay for someone else's lawn!!!! Pretty sneaky if you ask me. We did not sign a contract and pre-paid... BEWARE!

Quality and customer service has diminished considerably

We had used this company for several years and we were happy. Unfortunately, the quality of service and lawn care dropped considerably the past two yrs. We are overwhelmed with weeds now and we had always over seeded, aerated, and paid for the top treatment plan. When we cancelled, customer service said they would send us an email of what they could offer to keep us. We are still waiting for the email a month and a half later. We are going to do it ourselves now. Too many problems all around.

    Lawn care

Worst company for lawn care. Never came to aerate the lawn last fall. Promised to come back in the spring, but then fertilized, and charge me for the wrong service!

Everyone ask's me what's my secret? I simply say, Dr. Green!

About 3-4 years ago my wife and I decided to find a new company to look after our lawn, when we moved into the neighbourhood we started trying Lawn Care companies for the first time in our lives, we had done it ourselves for the longest time with no success, actually failed miserably. Hence the decision to leave it to the experts. The first company we found did an okay job, but we thought we would shop around to find something a little more affordable, but also try and get good service at the same time. What we found was: that most companies were in and around the same ball park (no pun intended) as far as price goes. What we didn't get is a beautiful lawn. We had burnt patches, dead grass, terrible customer service and excuses why my lawn looked like a field ?of straw. Then we found Dr. Green Lawn Care, and I'm not sure who called who. But I know this: since we started with Dr. Green our lawn when from desert sand to the attached pictures. My friends ask me how I got my grass to look like a carpet and what's my secret, I simply tell them Dr. Green and give them your phone number and Web site address. I like driving down the street and seeing Dr Green signs on people's grass because it tells me that, most likely my lawn has been seen as one that others would like to have. The customer service I have received from the people that come to work on my lawn, the people I speak to on the phone, Tayrn being the most recent, have been nothing short of spectacular. I truly mean that. Customer service has taken a back seat at most companies for many years in this country, I really hate to say it. But NOT at Dr. Green Congratulations to all of you at Dr. Green, you have been fantastic and I will continue to recommend your services. I apologize to all those I've talked to in the past and not made note of your names, but I include you in this email. Enjoy the pictures, we sure do.
