Dr. Green Services ensures that our grass is well looked after. They provide useful feedback as to how we are maintaining the lawn. They give specific instructions as to how to ensure maximum effectiveness of the lawn treatment and if the technicians notice any problems with insects or grubs they ensure that we are well aware of issue and provide us with options for treatment. All of this is done with environmentally friendly products! This winter, they have expanded their services to provide us with environmentally friendly ice melt that we can use to help us get through the long winter, as we eagerly await the green grass of spring.

I have been with Dr. Green lawn care services for several years and am obviously satisfied with their performance or I would have changed suppliers. They provide notification of their visits and detailed instructions for subsequent maintenance. When necessary, they recommend special treatments for insect and weed control, with competitive rates. They do not employ high pressure salesmanship and are always polite and courteous, and respond to complaints.

Thanks for all the time you spent explaining things to me and also for giving me the better price option. As a senior it's sometimes challenging to make ends meet so I appreciate you doing your best to accommodate my desire for a nice lawn with my need to stay budget conscious.

I was so sick of digging weeds out of my lawn. Went with Dr. Green a few years ago and now our lawn looks fantastic! Neighbours comment how healthy the grass looks, and best of all, I don't have to spend my weekends digging out weeds! Thank you Dr. Green!

NO SERVICE RENDERED FOR THE MONEY PAID! I am not happy with the service of DR GREEN LAWN CARE, they will not do what they promise, after the payment done, you will hardly hear from them, either no one will answer your calls or a girl will answer and tell you that someone will call you back but it never happens. I spent $300 and what I got, nothing, one person showed up twice for inspection and that was it. I have never seen them again. They did not even bother to come up with an excuse or apology. Do not sign a contract, do not pay money to this company!

Last year (2013) was our first year of having Dr Green’s services look after fertilization and weed control for our lawns. At the outset the salesperson who arranged the agreement in the fall prior indicated he would have someone come by to ensure all the areas we were agreeing to have looked after were on their list. That person never arrived. Subsequently, when the service started the next spring, we found that often there was a different service provider from Dr Green accomplishing the task at each servicing. It took three attempts – phone calls following three service calls to finally get the Dr Green service provider to talk to us each time they came so the job got completed properly. I must say now though that by half way through the year the servicing was getting done properly and our lawns have certainly been green and almost weed free. We express our gratitude for granting us a year of lawn care in compensation for the issues experienced last year. Thanks much for the follow through,

We have used Doctor Green services on our lawn for the past 2 years and have been very impressed with both the service we have received and the appearance of the lawn. The grass is weed free and very green and healthy. We have also appreciated the suggestions that have been made for recommended treatments to enhance the lawn. The price is competitive and we would not hesitate to recommend Doctor Green Lawn Services.

My experience with Dr. Green was not as smooth as I would have liked it to be. Now before I go in to any issues I had, I will say that the results at the end of the day is what I was paying for and the lawn looked better than it has in the past. The issues were poor communication but after a few calls, things were always resolved. The price for my lawn care with Dr. Green could not be beat. Almost every other company I called was twice the price or more. My lawn issue is that I live near a large field and I have a lot of seeds from weeds blow into my lawn which has been a constant battle. It’s nice to have someone knowledgeable helping me fight the war at a reasonable price. I also referred my girlfriend who basically had no front or back lawn left do to the trees whose acid level droppings killed all the grass. Within a few months of Dr. Greens visits, her lawn looked great. Though you also need to be active in your lawns maintenance by becoming more educated in what your lawn requires, overall, I do recommend Dr. Green to help take care of your lawn needs.

Your treatment for grubs was 100% successful this past year. We appreciate the information included with each treatment. Those tips help us decide when to water, how much water to apply and also, when not to water. I look forward to the coming year with your company looking after our lawn care needs.
