We have been partnering with Dr. Green for a number of years now. The entire Dr. Green team has been very professional and helpful and have met our needs. Dr. Green is also available to answer any questions and offer advice for any of our lawn care requirements. Dr. Green also provides their feedback with comments on the invoice after each visit.

Feedback is important to all companies , and I am pleased to comment. Through our 24 years in our current home, we have had experiences with several lawn care companies. They promised the moon and less lawn issues, however failed to walk the promise. I believe we turned to you more then 5 years ago, and the results have been much more favourable. What we do acknowledge is all the environmental regulations we presently face and the challenges for Doctor Green. In todays world our lawns will be far from perfect! My experience with your Customer Service Team has been quite amazing. They listen to your issue, answer questions with knowledge, they care, and do not push, but advise! One time only, we needed to have a treatment of a product reapplied, they handled this with no additional cost to us. We were truly satisfied with this response!!!! My only wish is that those yellow weeds "the dandelions" would disappear form the earth forever. They are certainly a challenge for me. We thank you and your Team for all your assistance. The service last fall was timely. I didn’t understand the bill I was sent as I had prepaid, but I was assured the charge would be cancelled. I assume that was done. I was pleased that my concern was dealt with right away.

Dear Doctor Green Lawn Services: I have been VERY IMPRESSED with using your services this past year. This is the FIRST TIME that I have used your service. My neighbor down the street told me that my lawn has never looked so good.

The service was great, all the appointment notifications were received prior to the day of service which was much appreciated. I did try to cancel one appointment in the fall, through your customer service desk, which they confirmed was cancelled, but the service guys still came out, so only half the yard was done but the bill left at the door said I was still charged the full value(back gate is locked from the inside so I unlock it prior to the appointment) and when I signed up, I was told my neighbors half of the front yard would be included (we share a very small portion of grass in the front) but was never done. Besides those 2 issues everything has been great.

The services offered by Dr. Green are great for my requirements. I find the email message given the day before visiting very useful as it allows me time to clear the yard for the work.

I am generally satisfied with the service provided. Dr Green calls in advance and notifies me of the visit. Some small glitches re sprinkler head marking before aeration but was solved to my satisfaction.

We used you two years ago and were very happy. We had used a different lawn care service and we had nothing but problems, fertilized circles in the yard, our lawn looked awful. I lawn looked really nice under your care, and have signed up with you again for this year

Doctor Green products are effective and their lawn care programs work. My household has some limitations on scheduling, and more often than not Doctor Green technicians took these into account.

Your service has been above par. The staff that does the spraying seem to take care that the job is done right and are friendly and able to answer any questions if I happen to be at home at the time. The only suggestion I can even think of is to perhaps leave a pamphlet or two at the door since the neighbours seem to always ask about the service once they have seen your truck at the house.
