    Replacing leaking shut off valve on water-heater

    Quickly assessed problem and replaced valve with a minimum of fuss and provided helpful advice on routine maintenance

    Sewage backup

    I can’t recommend Drain Rescue more. I used them for the installation of a new main drain pipe in 2017 and recently for another issue related to a bigger City problem. Their service is professional and they are extremely quick to act on client calls. They follow up after the job is done, which is a great indication that they stand by their work and want clients to feel happy and confident with their services. Drain Rescue is my go to for all plumbing needs.

    Sewer drain plugged

    Drained blocked with roots.Very fast efficient. In 4 days did what they promised from call to dignosis, removal of old sewer clay and install new pvc and back flow valve and pipes under wall of house to city connections, restoration of basement concrete and exterior soil. Peter, Christian and Sergio worked very hard and fast stayed focused, pleasant guys. Waiting for City grant papers. Dec. 24 to Dec 31 all clear.

    Blocked outflow drain

    Most plumbing problems are bad news and when you have one on Christmas Eve, it’s doubly bad, but Drain Rescue came through when it counted. Honestly, they weren’t my first call. I was going through a desperate google search of plumbers and getting nothing but answering machines and no callbacks. At Drain Rescue though, a live person answered immediately and promised a service guy would contact me within an hour. The service guy (Chris) was on time, thoroughly professional in discussing the problem, my options, and the costs. When it turned out to be a bigger job and I was worried it might have to wait until after xmas, Chris didn’t hesitate to run to Home Depot for the necessary parts and finished the job same day. Chris also patiently answered all my questions, even beyond my immediate problem, so I could better understand the mess of pipes in my old house. Plumbing problems always suck and can be costly, but I’m very satisfied that I ended up with Drain Rescue.

    Drain repair

    Roots had infiltrated our basement drain. The company analysed, dug up and replaced the faulty section of pipe. All work was done quickly and neatly. We were pleased with the job.

    Great job!

    I needed a sump pump & battery back up on Dec 22/ Sunday 5.00 pm! Drain Rescue came and did the job .I couldn't be happier they are professional and fair. Mark /Etobicoke

    Fridge waterline change/water backup from washroom

    The plumber came on short notice after hours and identified the source of the leak from my ceiling. He replaced the damaged line and made his recommendations to avoid future problems. For a separate inssue for my washroom another plumber was in providing me with a second option that saved me thousands of dollars as I was misquoted originally by a set of dishonest plumbers.

    Great Company for all your plumbing needs

    As a property manager, I need to have trustworthy contractors to perform the construction work in the townhouse condos I manage. I recently started using Drain Rescue for sewer back-ups and their response time has been fantastic. They take the time to explain the problem, the cost involved and even follow-up with you to make sure you are satisfied with the work done by the crew. We had a big problem in a main sewer line which effected 5 homes and this required sanitary line replacement - huge job due to excavation inside and out! Crew was punctual, left the job site secure (project took 2 days to complete) and all was neat and tidy when done! Very impressed and happy to have a company I can rely on to provide prompt, professional service to the residents! Reasonable prices for emergency service.

    Toilet unclog

    Work was fast and good! Only complaint is the price- seemed really high for the work done and even though the plumber knew immediately what the cost was, they didn’t give me the quote when I called the problem in. Get a quote first so you can comparison shop!
