    Plumbing

    I heard a pop sound from my toilet tank and the water was flowing upward to overflowing. I went on the Internet and found your 24 hour service. Called at approximately 7:00 p.m. Received a follow-up call that a plumber was coming within half an hour. The plumber, Braedon Q. arrived. He assessed my situation, provided two options with a cost estimate and returned with the items required. Braedon was very professional and polite. So was Randy and the lady who called that Braedon would be there in approximately a half hour. Thank you for your excellent service.

    Outdoor tap

    The outdoor tap was leaking & tough to turn to shut off. We thought we would need a completely new tap, but Brian came, assessed the situation & was able to resolve with new washers!

    Shower Drain Unclog

    I woke up at 3:30am to a clogged shower on a very cold day. I did everything I could to unclog the drain myself but with no success. Around 7:00am I contacted Drain Rescue and within two hours Blair arrived. He had exceptional service, he unclogged my shower drain and even cleaned the area afterwards (way beyond what I was expecting). This was my first time using a plumbing service and if I have to recommend one, this is the company at the top of my list. Worth every dollar spent.

    Leak in the basement

    There was a leak in the basement below the kitchen. I called Drain Rescue and they came quickly and assessed the problem and fixed the pipe. I would recommend for their quick service and follow up.

    Toilet Repair

    Called up on a Saturday night. They came within the timelines and fixed the issue. I highly recommend!

    Replace taps and shut off valves

    I had attempted to change the taps myself but the shut off valves were seized and dripping rapidly. It was an after hours call that was dealt with within hours and done very well and quickly.

    Washroom

    Had a leak and he Came in and repaired it for me on short notice. Very kind and great service provided.

    Clogged Drain

    After finding out that our drain from the kitchen sink was clogged going to the main drain I did a search and found Drain Rescue. It was a pleasant surprise to have a real person answer my call and further to have a serviceman arrive within an hour! Charles was able to solve the problem, and it was definitely not an easy job, as it turned out. I am very glad I did not attempt to do it myself.

    Clogged Basement Drain

    Over Christmas we had relatives staying with us and while they were here our main drain in the basement became clogged. We called Drain Rescue and they had a technician at our door within 2 hours on Boxing Day!!! Great, friendly and professional Company and staff!

    Drain overflowing

    Overflow drain came the next day to repair , so far problem solved . The Technician checked the problem with a camera and explained what was causing the overflow . The work crew came in next day and excavated until technician checked it out , the crew fixed problem
