    Plumbing issue -leaking shower stall creating water damage on ceiling

    Was very pleased with the service provided. Technician was here on time and was able to locate the issue and repair. Price was a surprise in that it was reasonable.

    Main Drain Backup

    I had main Drain backup in my basement after the heavy rain last week. I called Drain Rescue and they sent a plumber. He performed a camera and snake inspection of the drain. He found the blockage and pull the tree roots that was growing thru my pipe and causing he backup. He left recommendations how to avoid further issues. Great experience with Drain Rescue plumber who rescue my house from the damaging sewer. Regardless will recommend this company to my friends in case of emergency situation. Thanks

    repair

    unclogged the sewer in my basement. Dwayne was awesome...great customer service. Very professional and experienced. Also very neat and tidy.

    Very expensive plumbers

    These guys are a fortune. The estimate they gave me to replace my toilet flapper was $280 + tax. You can buy a new toilet flapper at Home Depot for $15. Sure their price includes service and travel time but I find their mark-up ridiculous.

    Clogged drain

    Showed up on time and work was completed as discussed. The issue was resolved and everything is back to normal.

    Bathroom drains

    Unclogged within a few minutes but found prices a little high. The repairman was very presentable.

    Bathroom plumbing

    Fast, friendly and very reasonable rates. We had the plumber come out at night and he did not leave until the job was done.

    Replaced backed up pipes

    Cast iron pipe was backed up. They replaced. No issues since. Some disruption to yard and front porch but not sure if it could have been avoided.
