The price you paid for a snaking your drain is a flat fee, we do not charge by the hour, we charge by the job and our technician uses a price guide at each specific job. It is good to hear that our technician were able to clear your drain in so short time frame and he didn't waste your time. Dear customer you called a plumbing service not a cleaning lady to clear your drain, we were responsible for the drain functioning not a cleaning your washroom.
