    Sewer drain pipe replacement

    Sept 27th I contacted drain rescue because our floor drain was backing up whenever sufficient water was expelled from our washing machine. Within 5 hours Denys was at our door and diagnosed that the problem was due to the original clay drain pipes separating and shifting causing blockage in the line. He identified the problems via his camera and I could see the ghastly results. He did manage to get the system running again and we knew it would only be a temporary fix. We decided then and there to get the problem resolved permanently. Drain rescue arranged for all the locates and they were on site within 30 hours. The job took three days but the care with which they operated was exceptional. The crew headed by Alexi was superb and the cleanup was outstanding. I would highly recommend Drain Rescue to any of my neighbours if they should be in need of this service.

    Excavation

    Last week I had noticed that my basement floor drain backed up with sewage. There was about 2 inches of dirty water all over my basement floor. Of course I was in a panic because I've never experienced this in the 15 years of living in my home. Instantly I went online and searched for a plumber. I am so happy that I came across Drain Rescue Plumbers. The lady on the phone was polite and a pleasure to talk to. The plumber Matt was at my house shortly after.He was thorough in his investigation and showed me step my step was he was doing. He answered all of my questions with a smile (and there were A LOT of questions). It turns out my older home has clay pipes, once of which was damaged by tree roots causing my back up. The following day a couple more Drain Rescue team members came to my home and started the repair. Matt was available to answer even more of my questions throughout the process. I was pleased with the service and will definitely recommend Drain Rescue Plumbers! Thank you

    Leaky Toilet

    Excellent service. Came out on time as scheduled. Took care of the clogged sewer line quickly and at a more than reasonable price including a video inspection which we got to see. Another plumber had come out 3 times in one week and did not fix the problem. Highly recommended.

    Drain

    Our experience with Taras and his company was wonderful. They were prompt, sincere and honest and their rates were very realistic. They went to great lengths to find out what the problem was and to correct it without doing unnecessary things that would cost more. I would recommend him and his company to everyone who needs a plumber. We just can't say enough good things about Drain Rescue Plumbers. Taras and his company are a rare find in this day and age.

    Drain

    We contacted several companies we found on HomeStars List for our sewer line replacement. Drain Rescue Plumbing was by far the most professional, responsive and flexible. Was a great expense for us and I feel we found the best company to do the work for us.

    Leaky toilet

    My toilet was leaking from below and coming through my ceiling. I was in a panic because my husband was away. I called drain rescue. Brian was an absolute pleasure. He figured out the problem, fixed it and put me at ease. I will be sure to recommend drain rescue plumbers to everyone and anyone who asks. Thank you Brian.

    Drain Work

    I called drain rescue plumbers because I had raw sewage back up through my basement floor drain. A plumber came was at my door in 35 minutes (quicker than when I order pizza). Dwayne was the most professional plumber I've ever met. He explain step by step what needed to be done. My drains were like brand new within a couple days. thank you drain rescue team! I will be sure to recommend you!

    washroom upstairs

    I had a clogged toilet in my kids washroom upstairs. Called drain rescue and the plumber found that one of my children flushed a toothbrush down! He removed the toothbrush and my toilet was working fine. Great service

    Kitchen Drain

    I had previously used Drain Rescue and was very pleased with their service. Recently called them as there was a teaspoon stuck in the drain. The plumber came in and I was pleased with the work, he removed the teaspoon and cleaned up - tested the drain as he opened the P-trap. However what he did not do was reconnect the dishwasher to the drain - and we ended up with a flood in our kitchen and into the basement. We had to fix it ourselves and when I called the next morning all they could say was "Oh sorry sometimes they get busy and just forget" - So now I have a damaged ceiling in my basement and who knows whats happening in my cupboard as all the water was running through the cupboard onto my kitchen floor and down into the basement. When I read the Terms & Conditions behind the invoice - it appears that Drain Rescue cannot be held responsible for damage. Annoying part is you just get telephone answering services its like there is no one in charge or anyone you can talk to who would even care about the damage that was caused by their error.

    Toilet leak repair

    I contacted Drain Rescue about a leak in my ceiling under the upstair toilet. Their phone manner was very good and a same day appointment was offered. The plumber was on time and he quickly identified the problem and provided an estimate and time frame. The original house plumbing had been shoddy and eventually failed on all 3 toilets. The work was done quickly and with obvious skill and professionalism. I appreciated having my questions answered along the way and the respect given to keeping my home clean and the insight and advice provided.
