    Water leak from main shut off valve

    The work was completed clean and very fast. The representative Mr Wayne of DRAIN RESCUE was very knowledgeable and knew his job very well. Please pardon me if I have not spelled his name correctly. While he was fixing,I slipped and had a deep cut on my knee.My knee started bleeding.On seeing this Mr Wayne rushed and tied a T shirt on my knee to control the bleeding. I was worried that he will stop the job but Wayne woke up my son who was sleeping in his room and requsted him to rush me to hospital for emergency treatment. At the same time Wayne assured me that the job will be completed and that I could pay later.He displayed very high standards of ethics and told me that health was first and that he will take the money later on when convenient. When I returned from the hospital the job was completed and he also left the necessary instructions. This was not just about the job well done but also about how caring he was. Thanks to Wayne and thanks to Drain rescue for having such enterprising team members. Well Done !!

    Kitchen faucet replacement

    I had Lawrence as my plumber he was amazing! And so friendly! Bought the faucet for me and it was a really nice one. Great service and happy with the outcome

    Remove the existing galvanized pipe and install a new 3/4

    A few days ago when the City water crew replaced the water line from the water trunk line to the shutoff at my house, the City crew discovered 1.5 feet of galvanized pipe that the Drain Rescue crew left in place instead of replacing, in 2007. I called Drain Rescue on Tuesday, then sent pictures of the galvanized pipe. Drain Rescue send a crew the next afternoon to replace the galvanized pipe with the proper copper pipe. The Manager I spoke with was very co-operative in helping to resolve the issue to immediately to my satisfaction at no cost to me. This is a sterling example of a company standing by their work and guaranteeing the results. I will happily recommend Drain Rescue in the future.

    Hot water tank valve replacement

    We were in dire need of a plumber to change a broken hot water valve for our 4 unit apartment building one Saturday morning about 1 month ago. We called Drain Rescue and although they came that day what happened next shocked us. So of course this was an emergency there was water continuing to leak out even after we closed off the hot water tank. We were given a quote for a 2 -3 hour job and with a price tag of $1100.00( incl tax). We were shocked but of course could not argue with the technician. He did the job in 1.5 hours and still charged the same amount. This technician did not seem to care about us the customer. We thought it best to discuss this with customer service on the monday and that is what we did. Dealing with customer service was very difficult so we had no option but to report them to the BBB. TO date even after more discussion with Drain Rescue to at least reimburse half of the cost, we are not satisfied customers.

    fixing commode

    Owning a home often means meeting plenty of workmen. They can range from really bad to really good. Luckily after having to clean up a water soaked floor I called Rescue Drain and Jeremy was sent. He wasn't really good, he was EXCEPTIONAL. He walked me step by step beforehand of all that could happen and the costs. He was concise and very easy to understand which is often a problem. All the way through finding and fixing he was explaining and made me much more knowledgeable. He was almost OCD in his efforts to find and fix the problem. He turned a horrible morning around quickly. I called at 10 A.M. They called back 20 minutes later and said someone would be there at 11. He was there 11 on the dot (He said he had a great GPS). He was gone by 12:30. If Jeremy is any Indication of who Rescue Plumbers hire, it means they really care about their customers. This is the only review I have ever wrote because I was that pleased. Thanks again Jeremy and Rescue Plumbers.

    Basement - 2 leaks plus sump pump not working

    Called and spoke with receptionist as an emergency because water was leaking from main shut off and inside valve that we tried to close. Denys arrived within 15 minutes, assessed all and informed us that sump pump not working and gave quote. This was around 4:15. We agreed on fee and he worked non stop until 7:30. Denys was organized, tidy, professional with terrific customer service skills. We were extremely thankful to him and to his receptionist for their quick action on our behalf.

    Sewer pipe replacement

    Stack replaced, drain and sewer pipe replaced as far as city sewer. Done quickly, no delays, complete cleanup, no dust or traces of any dirt left behind, smallest possible disruption to lawn, courteous and patient reliable workers. Totally trustworthy. Thank you!

    accidently put a nail hole in the main pipe

    I put a nail in the wall which accidently hit the main water pipe. Needles to say the water started coming out of the drywall. I tried to call a few plumbers that I know with no luck. I tried to call enecare as we were paying for monthly coverage fees. They had no one until three day later. That will be cancelled what a waist of money when you need them they are not there. I called Drain Rescue who was at the house within a couple of hours. Blair was our plumber. He was courteous and made sure to do as little damage as possible without breaking the ceiling. The work was done amazingly with only a 12 by 12 drywall replacement job. Would I use them again? most definitely!!! and I will be asking for Blair and Blair only!!.

    Pipe and Back Water Valve Fix - due to Sewer Back Up

    I had a sewer back up, and drainrescue sent Matt to assess the problem. He initially found a problem in our pipes and recommended the change. The crew came on scheduled day and completed the work to my satisfaction. However, we had two more sewer back ups, which means the initial issue (although it was important to replace the pipe) was not the reason for the back. After the third visit, Matt determined the back-water valve was the issue as it was out-dated. He made recommendations, as well as went above the norm in going through what we need to do to prevent other backups. Matt has VERY helpful. However, we had some issues for the crews in getting the back-water valves replaced, and ended up rescheduling to another day. The other crew came as scheduled, and completed a good job. Overall Drain Rescue has provided excellent customer service, but I did experience some issues, which is why I didn't give the full 10. But I would like to say Matt has been EXCELLENT, as well as the crews. Thankyou!
