    Burst pipe in basement

    Came home to water pouring through the basement ceiling. Called a 24/7 plumber who didn't respond so next morning called drain rescue. Within 2 hours Denys was at our house and found then isolated the burst pipe. Made an appointment to return a couple of days later and fix the problem and to sort out some other minor plumbing issues. Each time we got a call from DrainRescue telling us Denys was on his way. Denys was a really nice guy - if i could give 11 out if 10 would. Will use Drain Rescue again.

    Drain pipe repair in a very tough spot...

    Laurence was very pleasant and refreshingly honest about the work to be performed. Drain Rescue quoted a fair price, and stuck to it... no exploratory surgery at my expense... the job was finished with superb quality, and warrantied for 10 years, which says a lot to me.

    Flood in basement

    We had a flood in our basement and called Drain Rescue. Laurence was amazing!!! He was very professional and helped us find out what the issue was. It was a city issue and Laurence stayed and called the city for us and even recommended a restoration company to help us out!! I would recommend them to anyone I know!!

    Shower Handle replacement

    Had a delta shower handle that would not turn. Would have been a DIY job, but thought better to call a professional. Contacted DrainRescue- I told it was a replacement of shower handle- the person on phone said that we cannot give any quotes on phone, the plumber will come and give you a quote- and if you do not wish to continue- it is a $45 fee- ( The no charge quote specified on website is false). We scheduled for next day between 12 noon and 3:00 PM. 1:51 no one shows up, no call- I called up, I was told that the current job is running a bit late- so kindly wait. 4:22 PM still no sign- no one called , I called up again- Same answer. At 6:03 I get a call that it will not be possible today- can we do this next day first thing in morning. I could not take off work - so requested it for 7:00 in the evening next day. Receive another call at 7:50 PM asking can we come now. My response was- lets do it tomorrow Next day plumber shows up at 7:00 PM - I show him the handle and I had brought another shower set from HomeDepot- ask him can this be fixed. He gives two options - 1. Return the shower I got to Homedepot and get an exact replacement handle and he can come again and fix that 2. Cut a hole in dry wall behind the shower, put the whole new set- will cost thousands of $$ and BTW the minimum charges for Drain Recue to do anything is $199+HST Certainly did not want to go through the second option- so looked at the option of using the handle alone from the shower. Plumber was quick and creative and he made the handle fit- Just it protruded a bit - which he was generous enough to make it look less ugly. Work completed in approximately 15 mins. If I were told upfront the minimum charges are $199- I would have looked at alternate options. I felt it was very sneaky- specially when I specifically asked what the charges were. So customers beware of two things- $45 for a quote- no free estimates as stated on website- $199 minimum charges- no matter how small the work is. With all this I doubt I will recommend or use them again

    Sewer drain backup

    Had to inspect the sewer line with camera, review optims for repair or replacement and shared information from other jobs. Laurence Walsh was a gentleman, easily answered questions and made me feel confident about his work. He was respectful of my home and was neat and tidy. Great Service!

    Plumbing issue

    I called Drain Rescue Plumbers after realizing my house was slow draining. This has never happened to me before so I was quite worried. The plumber who came was so knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. I feel that I couldn't have chose a better company. He explained step by step what he was doing. He used a snake to clear the pipes and when he pulled it back it was grease that was slowing down my drain. We ended up doing a hydro flush and my house was back to normal. I will definitely recommend Drain Rescue Plumbers to anyone who asks. Many thank to Terrance and the Drain Rescue team

    Double Sink to Single, Faucet Install

    Terrible experience using this company for the first time. Unprofessional and rude employee sent to our home. Prices are High. Search for another person or company. Such a disappointment, thought customer satisfaction would of been better.

    Drain Repair

    I had an amazing experience with this company! The technician, Terrance, came to my home due to a back up in my basement. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Thanks to him, and his crew, we got the problem resolved in such an efficient amount of time. I am definitely more than satisfied with the work that was done, and I will definitely use this company again. A big thanks to Drain Rescue!

    New Connector for Dishwasher!

    Clean and fast! Was an same day emergency repair, my household had to do without water and they were they the only company that was able to provide same day service!

    Clogged Toilet Drain

    Lawrence was very quick to resolve our problem, in addition was able to show us how to take care of the problem in the future should it arise again. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Considering this was not them most pleasant of the plumbing tasks I have no reservations recommending Drain Rescue.
