    Needed to have a toilet unplugged

    I was disappointed that the work was not completed as initially promised. Reception told me the plumber would be at the apartment between 3:30 and 5:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon. This is a rental property so I had to be there. I was contacted at approximately 5:30 p.m. and told the call would have to be postponed until Saturday between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. The plumber did not show until 11:45.However, I was grateful that I did not have to be there on the Saturday, which was arranged as a courtesy. The job did get done, but it wasn't as organized as I anticipated.

    bath tub install

    Broke a piece off my new tub. Left a mess. Told him to do it one way wanted to try it a different way did it my way I'm the end then billed me for both ways.

Unfortunately we couldn't satisfied your needs, as it was complected job since you are the person who tried to complete plumbing job before you called our company. Originally your installation wasn't wright and our plumber tried his Best and offer you to repair what was done by you to save you money on service. Since it was impossible to fix mistakes the plumber had to start everything from scratch. So all plumbing connections and installations was done in proper way. You've been agreed to this options. Our technician spent more than 4 hours of his time and gave you reasonable price for those repairs and time frame that he spent for a service.

    Burst Pipe due to freezing weather

    Some pipes in our house froze during the recent cold snap. I was referred to Drain Rescue by a Contractor friend of mine. I called on Family Day Monday morning and was told someone would be there between 2 and 5 pm and I would receive a call when they were on their way. At 3 pm, I got a call saying they were 10 minutes away. The service person, Terry, was great. He was very courteous and explained the problem and the cost to repair. There was no pressure. He went ahead to solder the joint to eliminate the problem - super easy. I was very satisfied with the service and the cost was very reasonable especially since it was a Holiday! Thanks for everything!

    EXCELLENT REPAIR SERVICE of bursted water pipe

    I had fast phone service by Linda 730 am to set up repair appointment --she also updated me later on Ruslan's imminent arrival in period she had given me. Ruslan told me all possible pricing depending on services needed. He methodically analyzed the difficult problem of broken pipe's very tricky location with minimal drywall removal. He then told me the likely total cost of the pipe repair and with my permission he fixed pipe quickly.He explained how our plumber had improperly installed pipe exposing it to more cold than otherwise. He also gave me advice on how to mitigate the poor initial pipe install and likely future freezing by taking certain steps in the dry wall/insulation repair. Ruslan was effective, efficient, and informed me at all steps why it had happened. Thank You Rusland!!.

    Change toilet

    Very friendly and knowledgeable told us why the toilet was getting clogged showed us the drain problem

    Water leak

    Work to repair was done quickly and tech explained exactly what he was doing. Thought the charges were a bit pricey for the work but all and all a good job.

    Replacement of outside drains

    VERY expensive. On time-showed up every day until job was done. Workers were polite and friendly. Good communication from the office.

    Overcharged for services

    They charged my 81 year old mother $320 to snake her kitchen drain that took less than one hour. This far exceeds the market rate for this service. To some seniors, problems like a clogged drain are overwhelming and they are easily taken advantage of. When I called to complain for the excessive fee compared to the time and effort, I was told the manager would call back but he did not. He assigned the call to the plumber who had no authority to correct the situation. He just said it was company protocol. Beware of their excessive fees and shop around if possible.

    Thanks for your respond. We do provide a senior discount which was also applied to this job. Customer always has an option to proceed with the work or not. You should have called a few companies to get quotes and then choose which company you wanted to service your mother. You can't blame a company that helped your elderly mother with her clogged kitchen sink when you didn't do the homework of collecting estimates.

    facet repair

    My kitchen facet was leaking and this company responded to my call on time. The fixed the problem with in an hour and a half. No more leakage and water is running good. Would definitely call them again for plumbing services
