    Plumbing/replacing pipes outside of home

    Honestly if you ever have any plumbing issues I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They conducted themselves in such a polite and professional manner. The technician Terrance very honest walked me through the process. The two gentlemen that did the outside work and piping Oleh and Vince were like to machines. These guys worked nonstop from the time they showed up until the end of the day, rain and all. They were so courteous, efficient and clean. My house is older and had clay pipes in the ground that a tree planted by previous neighbors grew in the pipes, that caused them to Crack and collapse. These two gentlemen dug by hand all of the 9ft deep trenches (lrg front yard) by hand to replace all the new piping. If you drove by my house today you wouldn't even know that my front area was dug up this week. They cleaned up so well that neighbor comment on how you never knew all that dirt was there. They even pile the dirt neat if that's possible. I am so pleased with the end result I would recommend them to anyone.

    Bathroom faucet replaced

    I had a problem with noisy pipes whenever I used my bathroom faucet. Wayne came and quickly assessed the cause, had the part ordered and installed the next day.

    Clogged floor drain

    Repair man was nice and fixed the drain quickly. He did a good job overall.

    Main drain pipe for the sink was clogged

    Was great response and plumer was so professional and fast, the only concern was such kind of jobs not have any kind of warranty period after service but in general everything went smooth and quick, thank you so much guys for saving my day.

    Kitchen sink clogged.

    Terrence was great and very efficient without creating much of a mess and did the cleanup at the end. He was explanatory as he conducted the service. Will nothesitate to call on them again or recommend this company to other. Do not hesitate ... they are very considerate too!

    Drain repair

    Excellent work! They came within a couple of hours of our phone call. The work was completed the next day.

    main water valve

    i was happy with everything to do with the job except the price . i think $540 for a 20 alve and labore is double as it should b. i paid less in labor to inst a hot water tank and same valve was inst near tank.

    Main Drain Blockage

    We called Drain Rescue due to a blocked main drain. They said the drain was blocked on the exterior and needed to be replaced for $2900. They dug next to the house and replaced 5ft of drain. The supervisor came back to review the work and said there was a further blockage and they would need another $2900 to replace the next 8ft. We were then told that they needed to replace all the way to the city line and that would cost about $12,000. We got a subsequent quote from another supplier that would do the same work for $200/ft and install a back water valve, which was never mentioned by Drain Rescue. Complete upsellers!! Drain Rescue offered to do the work for $7000, but we ended up using the second company to finish the job and Drain Rescue agreed to mark our account fully paid. We consider this matter closed, but will not recommend or use Drain Rescue again.
