    Problem Fixed in the end

    After expressing that I wasn't satisfied with some of the problems, owner contacted me and provided a solution. He had someone come again the next day and fixed it at no cost. Thanks for listening to how your customers feel and provided immediate solution.

    Changed turn off taps on basement piping- one was leaking

    Good service but would not use again because too expensive. Called because a shut off valve ($12 part) started leaking when I turned it - came within 4 hours on a Saturday, which was good but then quoted me $680 (incl tax) for slightly over an hours work to change the two shut off valves. I obviously had option not to do it, but by that time it was too late to get someone else to come....I was told these are standard rates (not emergency rates). $600 per hour is too much to pay.

We apologize that you were unhappy with the price that was given but all our technicians go by pricing guides without any extra cost added on the weekend or holidays. We always charge by the job not by the hour. It's great to hear that you found everything to be taken care of the same day that you called in service.

    Toilet & vanity intall

    Extremely impressed with the service! Someone was able to come out within a few hours to fix a toilet valve leaking issue. Wayne provided us with a quote the same day to install a new toilet and vanity. It was the most reasonable and affordable quote; other companies I called were asking for double the price for just a toilet install. We had Wayne come back to do the install, it was done quickly and looks great! I will definitely use your service again. Thanks.. we love our new bathroom!

    Bathroom sink clogged drain.

    Very nice individual came to unclog bathroom drain. I would give Service a 10 however it was an exceptionally high cost for 35 minutes of work. Based on the quote I expected it to be a much more labor intensive project. Upon question of the price, they said $300 is standard to unclog a bathroom drain. $600 an hour seems too high. Again, service was great but due to cost for 30 mins of work, I will not likely use again.

Unfortunately, you were not satisfied completely. Our customer service advised you that we provide a free of charge estimate and you had the option not to go ahead with a work. As well we don't charge by the hour, we charge by the job. Our technician did his best to clear the blockage in no time and didn't waste your time away from work. In some cases job can take longer and sometimes technician can stuck at their job site for a day, but fixed price never changes and they never increase the total for an extra hours on a job. We appreciate all customers feedback and this will be used to make our service better.

    Drain Clearing

    Great communication, very reliable, helpful and good explanation. Estimate of costs were valid and truthful. Called back within 10 minutes and expedited service Sunday. Reasonable costs and helpful and truthful with comparative costs.

    Backwater valve

    Estimate, installation and reimbursement forms for a backwater valve installation on a residential home in Etobicoke - professional service from everyone invovled. I recommend Drain Rescue for this type of work.

    Toilet Replacement

    I'm so impressed with the service starting from the very first call. Office staff is professional and very kind. Someone was out within a few hours. They came to the home promptly and quote was provided with no pressure. We called back to have work done and again in a few hours they where at our home. Work was done that same day. I have the highest praise for your company in an industry where so many people do not keep their word anymore. I would use your service again and have also recommended you to someone already.     Sewer backup

    Just wanted to call out on Billy Bishup from Drain Rescue on an emergency service call on June 9th. Billy Bishup was the service expert that literally came to the rescue. Excellent response, great communication and speedy service. I will not call anyone else.

    Sewer line and water line replacement

    I called Drain Rescue for an estimate for sewer issues and they came out earlier than expected and were able to find the problem right away. The service tech was very professional, polite and answered any questions I had on the work to be done. They were on time every day and cleaned up after they were done. They also stayed on budget and helped me with the transition to the work the city had to do when they were finished the job.

    Sewage back up

    Denys is a professional. Very well spoken, very honest with the facts of the situation. Very quick to resolve the problem. Very good at cleaning up his job site. And on a late Saturday night on a long weekend. I am very impressed. Thank you.
