Unfortunately, you were not satisfied completely. Our customer service advised you that we provide a free of charge estimate and you had the option not to go ahead with a work. As well we don't charge by the hour, we charge by the job. Our technician did his best to clear the blockage in no time and didn't waste your time away from work. In some cases job can take longer and sometimes technician can stuck at their job site for a day, but fixed price never changes and they never increase the total for an extra hours on a job. We appreciate all customers feedback and this will be used to make our service better.
