    Clogged Toilet

    Dwayne was great. He was very fast and polite. He helped clear the problem and was great about keeping the area clean and was in and out within half an hour. Great job.

    clear sewage backup/replace pipes

    I contacted Drain Rescue on April 19 regarding sewage backup in my laundry room. Dwayne came out that day, rectified the situation and advised me of further work required regarding damaged pipes both inside and outside my house. That work commenced April 22 and lasted 3 days. The work crew was hard working and pleasant. I found Dwayne to be totally professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I also found Melissa at the head office to be accommodating and pleasant. I have no hesitation in referring this company.

    Install elbow at shower mixing valve

    I have been desparetely seeking help with the above to no avail until I called you and Sean came to my rescue. He seemed to know exactly what to do and I was so happy. Thank you.

    cleanout and camera inspection

    "HI" I say that as if I was taking to a friend, that's because I consider my first experience with you, a start to a long working friendship, thanks to Dwayne, who I now consider a friend. Dwayne's care, efforts and obvious skills made me at ease, that "I was in good hands". His knowledge, obvious experience and professionalism also reflected great on your company. I appreciated the work he did thus far. We will be doing a much more work on the house, starting with a backwater valve, and then complete pipe replacements.     Install new Shower, repair bent pipe

    Service was performed promptly and efficiently. Repairs to pipe in bathtub area were required and replacement of shower and faucet. Also replaced the sink faucet and installed new flex lines.

    snaking

    From start to finish , this company and Sean have been quick and efficient with everything they do. Not only is Sean great but the phone operator and the installers were also very informative and efficient.

    Cleared Drainage Blockage

    Dwayne really did an excellent job - he knows right away what has to be done when I showed him the problem in our basement. Besides clearing blockage in the drainage, Dwayne also showed me what caused the problem and where the problem is. Keep up the excellent work Guys!

    Unplugged Kitchen Drain

    Excellent, friendly and professional all the way from the Front desk operator to the Technician. Most of all delivered all they promised, fast and arrived on scheduled appointment. Thanks to the team and wish you for continued success.

    replacement- toilet

    Great customer service from start to finish. From the super friendly operator to the efficient, friendly, knowledgeable service man (Terry) everything was handled professionally and quickly. I would call again for any type of plumbing need.

    Toilet Drain Clog

    The Gentleman was on time and very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the job. He found the problem and gave us a quote within 1 1/2 hours. We had another company come about the same problem and they charged us more money and obviously didn't fix the job. We will recommend this company.
