    Tree Roots in the drain

    Just want to give a big thanks to Billy Patrick and his crew for the excellent service through these difficult time. Fast, efficient, and fantastic workmanship. And best of all they clean up the mess after the job is done. Price was much lower than the other guy too. 10 stars rating for sure.

    Replaced shut off valve

    Sean was very professional and knowledgeable explained the problem and completed job very fast good service. I will certainly pass the word around to friends and family about your company!!!

    Plugged Main Drain

    Fantastic and quick service. Wayne was great at explaining what the problem was, why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. He put our minds at ease from what we thought was a massive repair and health issue to us and our children. He was very respectful of our house and kept the work zone clean as well as the areas he used for access very clean. The job was completed very fast and he even helped me with some of the clean up before he left. His service has secured my wife and I as repeat customers of DrainRescue.

    Water Service

    Great service from start to finish. Plumber from Drain Rescue was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was happening and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. He went straight to work and fixed the problem. He even removed the water and cleaned up the mess. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Sewer Backed Up, Replace Drain

    Knowledgeable and professional. Sean, Vasyl and the whole crew were great. Answered all questions and worked in a very efficient manner. Office staff were helpful also. Cleaned up after everything was done and offered after-sales service too. Highly recommend.

    Drain replacement

    Stellar service from Dwayne and his team. You would hardly know they dug up portions of the driveway. Professional all the way. We ran into conflicting information from the city and Dwayne was very helpful work our way through the confusion. He explained the situation in a very straightforward way, provided options and in the end gave us the right advice. I'd recommend Dwayne to anyone needing plumbing help, especially something that has a significant cost associated with it. 10 out of 10.

    Water leaking

    I looked at the reviews before hiring a plumber. That is why I am writing a review. We were not disappointed. We had water leaking and from up stairs to down stairs. A very courteous plumber, Terrence, came and told us what the problem was and fixed it. We had just moved into our house two weeks ago so we had a few faucets and other little things done by the plumber as well. Well worth it since he knew exactly what he was doing. We were very pleased with the service of Drain Rescue and with Terrence who sent to our home to fix our leak. Thank you

    decreased facet pressure and leaky flush valve toilet

    Terrance was excellent at troubleshooting the problem of decreased pressure in outside facet and fixed the problem. Was able to fix the leaky flush valve without any issues on our imported toilet - Cidamar. Would recommend Drain Rescue and if needed use the service again.

    drain trap broken, flooding in basement

    Dwayne was excellent in his approach to diagnosing the problem, and getting me in touch with individuals who could clean up the flood. Was a long weekend and his team was courteous and professional the entire time. Really appreciated how hard he worked and how quickly he worked.

    Basement drain service

    Dwayne from Drain Rescue came and cleared the drain in my basement. He showed me on the camera system why it had backed up and what was needed to fix it. He did not pressure me and left it up to me if I wanted it done. He only gave me his recommendation of what he would do.
