    water line for frig--quote

    The plumber who came to do our job was rude, inpatient and not helpful at all. As a result of his impatience he damaged our cupboard trying to move our refrigerator. I lodged a complaint and was basically told "sorry" there is nothing we can do. I would not use this company whatsoever. Melissa & Denise are who I dealt with.

    Drain replacement

    Drain Rescue came to our house and quickly identified the issue with a blocked drain in our basement. They came the next day and replaced the old drain and were very efficient and completed the job quickly which was great. They had agreed to lift our bamboo flooring on the basis that I had someone replace it when the concrete was dry, which was fine with me and I agreed. However, they damaged SO MUCH of the flooring when they removed it that I can't have the job completed. I'm happy with the plumbing work they completed, but I'm not happy with the care they took in completing it. They must have known this was going to be an issue and didn't say anything while they were there... very disappointing!!! The manager agreed to locate and purchase replacement flooring and resolve the issue... over a week now and no contact from them. I've left a voice mail for him so we'll see if they live up to their promise.

This type of situation can happen where customers can sometimes not know what the actual job will cost, especially if you have to rip up floor which of course would need to be re-done.     sewage backup in laundry room, replacement of underground pipes from inside the house to outside

    I had a sewage backup in my laundry room on a holiday weekend. Dwayne came from Drain Rescue & assessed everything, using his camera etc. Within an hr. he sent Vasyl to start the work. Vasyl dug through concrete of more than 10ft in length through the basement hallway. By days end, there was a trench. Next day Vasyl & his son Andriy came & replaced the old clay pipes with new PVC ones. Although it was a very difficult job, at times in a small space & some problems arose, the father & son team worked non stop. Over several days & tunneling under the front lawn the job was completed with them even going beyond my expectations. Dwayne came or called several times, making sure everything was going on schedule, making me feel informed abt the job. I couldn't have asked for a better team or company to do this job. Hats off to Dwayne, Vasyl & Andriy from Drain Rescue!! Great job!!

    basement under ground pipes replaced

    We needed a plumber for an emergency drain problem. We looked in the yellow pages and picked DrainRescue. They came the next morning and quicley found the problems and and gave us an estimate which was very reasonable for what needed to be done. They got to work very quickley and the job was excellent. No mess was left and you would not even Know they were there. Very friendly, polite, respectful and professional. would recommend them very highly!

    Clogged Drain

    I was having a total drain back up in my basement. I tried to fix it myself and even rented a snake to unclog the drain. finally I called Drain rescue which I found online. He just happened to be in my neighborhood and came right over and unclogged the drain in about 10 minutes. He was fast, efficient and well priced. I highly recommend this company again to all my friends and family. Sincerely Terrie C

    Fix faucet for the shower

    Terry was excellent in providing a proper estimate. He did a great job and now I have happy tenants. As a landlord, I will now start use this company for any plumbing releated issues/projects. Gavin

    Plumbing

    Our drain was block up. Drain Rescue came and did the job on a holiday weekend at no extra cost. They were efficient, did a good, thorough job, and left the place clean

    Helping completing a shower install

    Wayne came to finish a soldering job my husband started. He was very knowlegeable and polite. The job was complete in 1 hr with a 90 days guarantee. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Drain Rescue again if we have any future problems.

    Drainage

    The main drain in my basement was backing up and I needed help fast. I called Drain Rescue to come and take a look at the problem. They sent over Dwayne and he told me what the problem was and how I can fix it. He really took his time explaining it to me. The next day he had his crew there and they dug up my basement and replaced the pipe. Overall, I was very happy with Drain Rescue's work.

    Blocked drain

    I have just had a service call to have my drain cleared. I have to tell you that Mike Parker, your technician cleared my drain quickly and cleanly. He was knowledgeable and well mannered. He cleaned up afterwards after ensuring that the drain worked as it should. I want to thank your dispatcher for arranging for Mike to leave the job he was working on to look after my drain problem. Based on Mikes service and the quick action by your office staff at your Barrie office, I will call your company again if I have any problems in the future.
