    Mainline Drain Blockage

    Our drain in the basement started to backup, I noticed this at 10:30 pm at night. I contacted Drain Rescue ( Harris Plumbing North ) talked to Steve who was very professional he told me he would have someone come out right away (at my request). Jeff W. who was there in an hour. He explained the services that were provided and their costs and then after my thumbs up went to work quickly. Basically there was a tree root which was blocking our sewer drain to the street, Steve removed the tree root and also took a Video of the problem. He made recommendations and worked very hard approx. 4 hrs to resolve this problem for us. Thank you very much for your courteous service and professionalism.

    fix toilets

    My grandmother being elderly constantly has issues with the toilet eather dropping things in accidentally and flushing or just putting too much paper in. When it came to the sinks she would wash her hair and forget to use a plug so hair wouldnt go down causing problems with the pipes. Calling this company up they were pretty efficient, they got the job done and left in a sufficient amount of time.

    Replacement of broken undermount sink

    The undermount sink in our powder room was broken. I called Drain Rescue and Wayne came out. He had a difficult time getting the old sink out and since the lip of the new sink was a little wider than the old one, he had quite a bit of work to do to make it fit. He did a tremendous job. He left the bathroom very clean after his work. He was also courteous and professional. The lady who answers the phone has a wonderful manner and a great sense of humour. Wayne was at our home less than 24 hours after I placed the initial call. I can honestly tell you that if we ever need a plumber again, Drain Rescue will be our first contact point. I will recommend them highly to anyone else I find has a plumbing problem. Thank you.

    REMOVE DEBRIS FROM SEWER AND INSTALL BACKWATER VALVE

    I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE ON MY HOME SEWER LINE.I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE SEWER BACKING UP AFTER A HEAVY RAINSTORM AND SO I CALLED DRAIN RESCUE WHO SHOWED UP AS PROMISED THE NEXT DAY AS ARRANGED.WAYNE PUT THE CAMERA DOWN ,FOUND THE PROBLEM AND WE ARRANGED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.THE WORKER CAME IN,DUG THE CLEANOUT PIPE UP ,REMOVED THE DEBRIS THAT CAUSED THE BACKUP AND INSTALLED THE NEW BACKWATER VALVE.WHEN THE WORKER LEFT THE HOUSE IT WAS AS CLEAN AS IT WAS BEFORE HE ARRIVED NOT A BIT OF MESS FOR US TO CLEAN UP MY WIFE AND MYSELF WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE PERFORMANCE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DRAIN RESCUE TO EVERYONE. THANKS AGAIN GUYS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

    Clogged Toilet

    They came to fix my clogged toilet and ended up also fixing our drippy faucet. Very pleasent attitude and very quick and efficent. I would highly recommend to friends and family with confidence!

    Replace old drains

    Thought my house was fine, but when I was about to fix up my basement I found a problem with my drains. They came in and finished job quickly. Left my house clean. Very friendly. No problems at all.

    STAY AWAY FROM DRAIN RESCUE

    My tenant Called Drain Rescue for a leak in the kitchen sink, he was told he needed a new faucet, He went and bought his own faucet to save some money,because their faucets are way over priced,he was charged $429.40 for LABOUR only to change a faucet!!!& the bill was passed on to me to pay ofcourse as a landlord. My tenants moved out 10 days later and the house was vacant for 2 months, the same faucet leaked and I called drain rescue to come and look at it, ofcourse they came and said it was something else; when it was the exact same sink/faucet/drain, they wanted to charge me $289+tax, I then questioned the $429 charge to change a faucet and if it was including leakage as it clearly stated on my invoice and the plumbers answer was that the charge is also for advertising not only for the change of faucet & he refused to repair it again & walked away, I called the company and asked to speak to the manager,I was transfered to a voice mail and left a message & nobody returned my call . I then called another plumber, he came within 1 hour and charged me $60 as it was a 10 minute job and only needed some paste around the drain, so the water wouldn't come out & leak. Do yourself a favor if you don't want to spend an arm & a leg for a plumber by STAY AWAY FROM DRAIN RESCUE and your better of calling a local plumber for the classifides, hope this was helpful.

    Waterproofing issue

    I knew I had waterproofing issue when I began noticing water seeping in through my basement walls. So, I called three or four companies to get a quote to fix this waterproofing issue and Drain Rescue won my business. They had the lowest price and the most professional attitude. Dwayne was the technician that came to out home. He was respectful and very informative. They crew he brought along to help out with the work also did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with the end result because I have not had any problems since having this work done.

    Immediate service

    I was so happy to lean that Drain Rescue offered 24 hours, immediate service. I work nights and came home to find m basement floor drain backed up. Seeing as it was 5am, I never trought that I'd be able to get a plumber over to my home that early in the morning. I searched online and came across Drain Rescue, saw that they were a 24 hour company and called. To my surprise, a real person answered, took my info and told me someone would be arriving withing the hour. Surely enough, Shane arrived about 45 minutes later; he looked at the problem, quoted me a price and began as soon as I accepted. They did not charge me any additional fees for coming out at that time and the price was reasonable: I thought I would have had to pay an arm and a leg for service at that time. Thanks for rescuing my basement, Drain Rescue!

    Drain and Waterproofing repairs

    My company has used Drain Rescue on many home drain and waterproofing repairs/replacement throughout Toronto. I have never had issues with work going wrong in the last 6 years I have dealt with this company. The service is great, prices are fair and the quality of work is outstanding. I also recommend Drain Rescue to other companies, friends and family.
