    Plumbing - drain blockage

    Our toilet in the basement was clogged and we realized the situation was far more serious when drains in other parts made it obvious there was a blockage. Within an hour of calling Drain Works a plumber arrived and walked us through the process. It turned out we had tree roots growing in our main plumbing pipe. The professional pointed out our options so in future we knew what we would be dealing with. There was no pressure, simply information and extremely helpful. I would recommend Drain Works to anyone!

    Basement drain problem

    I made a call at 8 am and had Matt respond by 11am. He has clear on price and got right to work. He made sure his boots were clean and he left the job as clean as possible as well. He clearly takes pride in his work. The only was it could of been better is if it was free. Thanks Matt. Corey

    Plugged Drain

    We woke up Monday morning with our toilettes not flushing at all. By the time my family was home from work and school Mike at DrainWorks had found the problem and fixed it right away. I was told of each step (problem and solution) and not left in the dark. They were professional and curtious. Thank you! Anna

    water supply to home

    Drainworks was prompt and efficient in the replacement of my lead water supply pipe and shut-off valve to my home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for their friendly, knowledgeable and professional service.

    Clear kitchen sink clog

    Our kitchen sink clogged and we googled for plumber. We found DrainWorks. They came and fixed the problem very professionally. These are what we like most. - John Paul from DrainWorks explained what most likely was the problem. He explained the solution and gave the estimation on the phone. - Matt phoned ahead and showed up on time. - Matt put on protection on his shoes before coming into the house to keep the carpet clean. - Matt pinned point the problem quickly and gave more precise time/cost estimation. - Matt explained what he had done and disinfect/cleaned up after the job. Good work

    Sewage overflow

    We realized late Friday night that our basement was wet due to a blockage in the sewer system. Called Mr Rooter but they did not have anyone available for hours. Thought I call Drainworks and Matt was there in an hour an half. First I thought they were up selling me their services and when Matt said it would take two hours to do I thought he was joking. Matt took two hours and ensure that the blockage was completely clear till the end the property line. He did a great job and work socks over his boot and equipment to avoid contamination. I definately would recommend Drainworks again.

    Drain

    Contacted Drainworks regarding plugged toilet. Technician was scheduled fo same day! When technicican was running late, received updates and revised arrival time, even before scheduled interval was exceeded. Thanks for the prompt and efficient service.

    Basement

    The Technician was very courteous and clean He did a good job and left everything neat and tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked me for a referral.

    kitchen sink clog

    Our kitchen sink clogged and we looked in the yellow pages for help. My husband cll Drainworks and they said they could have someone there in 24 hrs. Matt showed up on time, was very neat and cleaned up all the mess. He explained everything and was a pleasure to deal with.

    Drain backup

    I called up DrainWorks and they had someone at my place within hours. Jeremy showed up early, investigated the problem, explained my options and then proceeded to scope my drainage problem with a camera thingamabob. He showed me the problem with roots in my drain and provided me with some options. He then proceeded to clear up the immediate problem. Throughout the whole experience Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable and competent. Great guy as well. And, the price was reasonable!
