    Backed up sinks

    It is again the weekend, the sink in the basement and the kitchen are backed up, cant run any water in the kitchen including the dishwasher. About half an hour after calling, Drainworks arrived and solved the problem in about half an hour. They were courteous and explained every step carefully. This is the second time I have used them, the first time for a big job. I will definately call them again if I have a plumbing problem.

    Drain pipe Repair

    Your technicians did an outstanding job repairing our drain pipe.They explained all repairs and costs thoroughly.I was extremely satisfied with both the quality of work as well as your attention to customer satisfaction. D.Hewlett

    drain problem

    The last heavy rain created a back-up in one of our drain and we spent part of the night cleaning our basement. The next day, I called DrainWorks. A competent team arrived on time, and suggested different options to solve the problem, with no pressure. At the end, the drain only need a good clean-up, but the camera inspection confirmed that no pipe was damaged. I'm quite satisfied with the level of service and will definitely keep this company on my list of suppliers.

    Replacement of all old clay pipes in basement and to the city sewer line

    As it happens pipe back up happen. We were very pleased with the prompt and courteous service that we received for this major job. They arrived when they said they would and finished on time. Prior to completing any work they walk me through what was needed and what it would entail. My husband and I were very impressed and would recommend them again to anyone who has a drain problem.

    Replacement of breather and trap on sewage line

    Drainworks gave us an estimate that compared well to others we received. They scheduled the job the following day. Drainworks took time to explain the problem and answer questions and to show me footage of the piping. I found Armando to be helpful and sincere.

    Plumbing problem - drains in kitchen and mainfloor bathroom all backed up, big mess

    We had a problem with the pipes in the kitchen and main floor bathroom - all of it related to the same plumbing and every time there was a clog in the kitchen, the bathroom clogged up - and vice versa. Frankly, it was also a very big mess. I called Drainworks and Ian came by the same day, no overtime charged. Ian was excellent, he was very professional, he wore sanitary clothing and was very cognizant of the mess and making sure bacteria and dirt weren't spread all over the kitchen or bathroom. He fixed it the problem, made sure I was satisfied with the work - and he even cleaned up the bathtub afterwards!

    Backed-up main drain.

    I've called other plumbers in the past, but not one of them made an impression on me. That was until yesterday. Our main basement drain backed-up and pooled sewage in the basement. It was awful--the entire house smelled of rotten eggs and, well, you can imagine... The yellow-pages led me to Drainworks, they arrived precisely when they said they would, and finished the job exactly as described. Most importantly, the "certified drain technician" Matt Achinski was courteous and detailed in his explanations of what our problems were. He neither spoke over our heads nor did he dumb it down - he used plain language and talked me through what he was doing. Finally, in an effort to save us money, he suggested I do a couple of things--which I did and saved money! I'm extremely happy with my Drainworks experience and won't hesitate to call them again. Thank you!

    Plugged drains

    Imagine picking up the Yellow Pages to look for a drainage contractor. It is a challenge on any given day let alone on a Saturday. Through a stroke of luck I chose DrainWorks. What appealed to me were two things: that the company supported the SickKids Foundation and that it was the recipient of the Consumer's Choice Award in "Drain Service Excellenc" for 8 consecutive years. The X-factor, however, was Matt Achcinski, the technician who showed up to do the job. He was a true professional, courteous, and readily explained the problem and options for dealing with it long-term. The drain blockage was cleared up using an electric snake and caused tremendous relief and satisfaction all around. Matt cleaned up afterwards and was a real pleasure to have around. Kudos to Matt and to DrainWorks for a job well done! Thanks also to William who kept me regularly updated with respect to the technician's availability. I would recommend DrainWorks and Matt anytime.

    Replace five feet of external drain pipe.

    Sewer backed-up into basement bathroom. DrainWorks arrived 1.5 hours after initial phone request for service. Serviceman was polite, efficient and respectful. Within an hour or so he had diagnosed the problem, provided a temporary fix and recommended a permanent solution. One day later, over about seven hours, a crew dug a ten foot hole by hand, replaced the pipe, re-filled the hole and cleaned-up the work site. That evening, final inspection, payment and sign-off occurred. Everyone I dealt with, both on the phone and in person, was professional, helpful and honest. Great job at a fair price. I would strongly recommend use of the DrainWorks to others I know.

    Clean of kiitchen stack...

    Lou came in and was very helpful and we are having your company back on Monday to finish the plumbing. part of the job. Lou has been very nice to have in our home and very respectiful.
