    New kitchen sink, faucet and water filter connection

    I choose Drainworks based on the reviews I read on HomeStars. I am overall very satisfied with the company. Philip was great! He was on time, methodical in his assessment of the work to be done and left the place clean. The job was very well done, but not cheap! The cost listed is for 3 hours of labour and a few small parts.

This is highly advantageous to you because we send a plumber with 25 years of experience fully equipped to your home with the capabilities to complete the same job quicker and for less; which means he takes up less of your time as well. It would take a less efficient company longer and end up costing you more. Hope we have shed some light on this aspect for you.     drain snaked

    I called the company blindly to unblock a drain in my kitchen. They responded professionally and within 2 hours. The plumber Armando came to the house and did a great job quickly and efficiently. Additionally he answered my various questions and gave me tips of how to handle future problems. I would definately recommend this company and Mr. Gatti for sure!

    Basement flood - sewage drain back up

    Mike was extremely professional and helpful, he went above and beyond in assisting us with our problem. He explained things clearly and it was obvious that he took pride in his work. JP who scheduled our service call was also very helpful and we are very appreciative that he was able schedule Mike in quickly to look after our emergency. I would not hesitate to call Drainworks again. THANK YOU.

    Removed breather pipe and replaced with clean out

    Mike walked us through everything they planned to do and did not rush us to make a decision. He was very patient and extremely informative but most importantly trustworthy. Jeremy came for the final in house camera work and he too was pleasant to work with. He even mapped out where all of the plumbing was in the house. Both employees made recommendations but let us know how important it would or would not be to replace. Thanks for your great work guys! JP

    Clogged Toliet

    The plumber(Jeremy Harris) arrived on time after I received a phone call that he was on his way. DrainWorks provided me with a plumber in the time frame I required help. I'm a single female so I was concerned I would get stuck with a large unnecessary bill. Jeremy inspected the problem and told me my options. After I gave him the go ahead he was quick and very professional. I would recommend Drainworks and will use their services again.

    replaced leaking water service and blocked sewer

    We had an issue where we had a water service leak. Mike Dunn came over and quickly assessed the situation. He took the additional step to scope out the sewer because he was concerned that the leak, that caused a large sink hole in the driveway , might have damaged the clay sewer line. The camera revealed roots in the sewer. In 2 days they replace the water service and sewer. They even helped me fill out the paper work to take advantage of a city grant. The crew was very respectful of our property and our neighbour’s property. They are quick, professional and treat you as if they value your business. Highly recommended.

    investigate a smell from drains

    We had a funny smell in the basement and so we called Drain Works. We had used other plumbers in the past, but never anyone who had earned our repeat business. Armando arrived when he said he would and not only provided the drain service, but when the drain camera failed to reveal the problem, Armando kept looking until he found the culprit- a hidden clean out valve that had lost its cap- UNDER the washing machine. Once the job was (quickly and efficiently) done, Armando even cleaned the floors around the area where he worked! Thanks for a great job!

    Main Water Line Replacement

    Extremely helpful and courteous! The work was done quickly and everything was explained to us and all questions answered. Top marks for customer service, great response time, friendly and excellent follow up to ensure that everything was completed and working as it should. We were both so impressed with the fact that once the work was completed, DrainWorks staff REALLY did leave the work area as they found it and you'd never know that we had the main water line to the house replaced. The landscaping was returned to the same condition before we had the work done. Top marks for DrainWorks and everyone we dealt with at this company. Thanks again...We are impressed! Dennis

    Sewer drain blocked by tree roots.

    What is that smell? Where is it coming from? Oh no! Horror! We’ve a sewage back-up in our basement shower stall! We knew we needed to call in the big guns. We knew we needed the professionals. And professionals we got! Right from the initial phone conversation with a representative of DrainWorks to the completion of the job, we received nothing but professional, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and timely service. Through a camera, we were witness to the tree root damage before the job began and a clear view after the work was done. We were suprised to see tree roots in the middle of the basement! All the debris was removed and the basement floors repaired. We would recommend DrainWorks to anyone, any time! Thanks for being there! K&L in Toronto

    Clogged Drain/ Flooded Basement

    Basement flooded in the morning. Called Drainworks and Lou & Eric came to fix the problem. They were fast, efficient as well as very friendly. They helped fixed the problem and gave me good advice to prevent the flooding from happening again. These guys were exceptional. Great service.
