    Interior and exterior sewer pipe excavation and replacement

    I was doing laundry in my basement and when the washing machine emptied into the sink, the toilet in the washroom a new feet away overflowed. After flipping through the Yellow Pages and making about 5 phone calls to various companies, DrainWorks provided the best option. From the person who answered the telephone, to Lou a Supervisor who came out and did the camera inspection of the blocked sewer pipe, to Naz who kept an eye on the excavation, to Matthew who came out to do the final inspetion, DrainWorks provided great service. Everyone was on-time, polite, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions without hesitation.

    Basement drain clogs

    We had a drain backup in the basement and, as we have only been in our house less than a year, we had never used a plumbing service before. I searched online for a service and at the top of the search, the DrainWorks link came up. I went to their site and liked the way it read. Besides, the owner looked like Patrick Roy!! Anyway, when I called, I was so impressed with the customer service, I almost didn't believe it. I wasn't sure I trusted it. We simply are not used to good customer service anymore. To make a long story short, DrainWorks customer service in this job was exemplary. They called back to confirm .. the drain specialists arrived exactly when they said they would, within and hour, explained everything, gave me a clear quote and completed the work as required and left everything clean. What more can you ask for? I mean, nobody wants to have a problem like this, but if you do, it is nice to know there are companies around like DrainWorks. Bravo! Dave

    Drains inspected & roots cleaned out

    Armando came out and reviewed the situation with me and recommended we check it out with the camera. He was able to locate the blockage quickly. He carefully described a couple of solutions and got on it right away once I decided the one I wanted. This is the third time I have had his help with different problems on our 68 year old house and the fifth time for using Drainworks. I will continue to call them, if necessary, in the future.

    Clogged Drain

    Our serviceman Jeremy Harris of Drainworks was very helpful and knowledgeable about his work. He unclogged our drain promptly and gave reassuring advice for the future. It was done quickly and cleanly. We wouldn't hesitate to have him back if necessary.

    bathroom repairs

    chis the plumber provided excellent service beyond the required minimal service.He showed me the cause of the problem and we agreed upon the solution. Upon completion of the work he trimmed the carpet to fit the new toilet a job I was prepared to do myself. Chris has been, on this occasion as well as previous times a well informed and courteous individual whom I would reccomend to anyone.

    Drain camera inspection

    Lou Spada from DrainWorks did a very professional job in doing a camera inspection of the basement drains. He explained the process a way that was clear and easy to understand. I would call DrainWorks again and recommend them to others.

    Underground drain inspection

    I had a problem where I needed my weeping tile drain inspected with a video camera. Three other plumbers refused the job saying it couldn't be done. Mike Dunn and his partner not only came over to see how they could help, they actually were able to feed the video camera through the entire weeping tile drain around the entire house. In addition, they were incredibly polite and ensured the house interior didn't get dirty as the work needed to be performed from within the basement. The other great part of the service was that their office kept in touch with me and ensured I knew exactly when the plumbing team was going to show up. They accommodated my schedule and were right on time. I would recommend them to everyone.

    Clogged Toilet

    I contacted DrainWorks after an experience with another plumber left me frustrated, dissatisfied and with a toilet that was still plugged. From the first phone call the team was both professional and helpful. They listened to my account of my troubles, asked pertinent questions and even found a way of fitting in an appointment to accomodate my work schedule. I received two previsit calls announcing that the service man was enroute. The spcialst(Armando Gatti) could not have provided better service. He once again listened to a review of my siuation and explained what he was goign to do in a way that I could understand. He ensureed I was aware of the process and costs up front so there was no misunderstanding. There was no muss, no fuss. He did his work eficiently and professionally leaving m bathroom spotless and my toliet running freely. He was the perfect mix of personable and professional. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company to anyone

    clay pipe collapsed in basement. replaced.

    These guys were timely (immediate?!) and did an outstanding job with the repair being conscious of our needs. They completed the job as promised and CLEANED UP AS IF THEY HAD NEVER BEEN THERE!!!! Within one week I had referred them to a friend with a drain issue and that family was equally satisfied.

    Replacement of sewer line

    The sewer of my house was blocked.I found Drain Works' phone number from yellow page.They came right away.They are professional, nice, helpful. And they really did a good job for us,even after repairing, they clean everything. I am satisfied with their service.
