    basement drain system, leaking toilet

    The company was very prompt in responding to our call. They did not try to convince us to do more extensive work as other companies had tried. They clearly illustrated what needed to be done to fix the problem. The workmen were potlite and professional. They were very tidy and finshed the jobs within the projected timelines. Drainworks was recommended to us and we will certianly recommend them to others.

    Cleaned out a kitched drain with a bad clog

    Jeremy from DrainWorks may have saved my marriage! We have four teenage boys that shovel food in the sink 10 times a day. This morning as my wife and I were both leaving for work, we discoved the kitchen sink drain had a clog. After a quick game of rock-paper-scissors, which I lost, I started trying the usual techniques to clear the clog. I tried the plunger and drain cleaner without success. a quick call to DrainWorks and Jeremy was over within a couple of hours and had us back in business in time for the boys to work on the next clog.

    Kitchen sink backed up - snaked line

    Very professional company. They returned my telephone calls promptly, turned up at the appointed time and fixed the problem very quickly. Very polite Service Technician and the area was thoroughly cleaned when the problem was fixed. Will use this company in the future and recommend them to my friends.

    Replace clay pipe with plastic due to tree root blockage

    DrainWorks provided a full camera inspection of pipes. They digged 5 feet to replace underground clay pipe/drain with plastic. A tree root was found in pipe (I saw it and took a picture.) They were here from 8am-3pm. They provided a topsoil finish and made sure the plants were replanted. They protected the work area with tarps and kept the area clean. I was impressed with the work done and would highly recommend DrainWorks to others facing similar problems. They created 2 clean outs if any future work is considered. They provided a lifetime guarantee for workmanship of new pipe work. Great job!!

    Video snaked plumbing issue

    Mike and staff were not only exceptionally proficient in discovering the "root" of the problem (we had roots growing into the pipes and therefore blocking the waterflow), they were incredibly friendly and fair with pricing. The experience with DrainWorks allowed me to breathe again! I'll call them back in the future if need be, that's is for sure! Reilly

    Main house drain

    We have had occasional drain back up problems due tree roots and had them cleaned in the past. I called in DrainWorks for a camera inspection to clearly identify what was causing the problem. With their camera the technican explained the situation to me and showed on the camera the points in the drain that were a problem. They were prompt, informative with good cleanliness habits and helped with suggest solutions. These included contacting the city as the main problems were not on my property. I would recommend their service to others.

    Drain installation in basement

    Very professional. Explanations of work to be done easy to understand. Showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up completely when they were finished. Impressed at how tidy they were. The Drainworks website is great and explains everything very clearly. We like talking to a human when we phone.

    I had my drains snaked out to remove a blockage

    Our drains were clogged and creating a nasty backup in our basement. We phoned Drainworks on Saturday morning and they informed us they could be there Sunday morning at 9 AM. The technician was running a bit late, but was kind enough to call and say he was about an hour behind schedule. I was happy to get no hassle weekend service and appreciated the call about running late. The actual price was what was quoted to us previously on the phone, no extra charges or fees. The technician Matt, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He answered any questions I had and I really liked the fact that booties were worn over his work boots while he walked through the house and his equipment was similarly covered up. The overall service was quick and painless. He cleaned up his work area nicely and there was no mess left over for us! Overall great service and great experience - would recommend Drainworks to anyone!

    clogged drain

    We had a clogged drain in our vanity sink which was backing up into our tub. We tried unsuccessful to clear to pipes ourselves so decided we needed to call professional help. Matt arrived on-time, he wore paper slippers over his shoes (a real hit with my wife), he resolved the problem quickly, he cleaned up after himself (another bonus)and the price remained as quoted. We are thrilled to say that we would definitely use DrainWorks services again if ever the need arises. We have also recommended DrainWorks to our friends and relatives. Thank you for a job well done.

    repaired drain in basement floor

    They did a very professional job done quickly and their cleanup was complete. They even threw in some improvements of the sorrounding pipes plus added a cleanout which weren't included in the work r equest
