    water leaking in the basement

    Jeremy Harris did several tests to identify the leakage - using a camera, snaking the drain and running water from various sources, he was able to reduce the water leakage significantly without major work in the short term. Although a complete replacement of the drains will have to be done eventually, I will be able to choose that time (rather than being forced to do it immediately from other contractors I had contacted). Jeremy gave me a few options and his recommendations for the long term. He was very professional, good clear explanations and drew pictures of the drain - great customer service! I would highly recommend Jeremy and the Drainworks company!

    Replace 3 faucets and 3 valves

    Drainworks sent a plumber on time to my place to do a fairly small, but important (to me) job. The estimate and all the work was done in about two hours ($625). The old faucets were in difficult to access areas and were replced with quality parts. Thank you Drainworks.

    Basement Drain Block

    After having a flood in my basement and having 2 plumbers not show up to do the job, Armando was such a relief. Not only did he explain the problem step by step, give me a clear explanation and detailed quote on getting the job done, he and the drainworks crew project completed in 3 days. Considering that I had been waiting two weeks, I only wish that I had found drainworks sooner.

    Camera drain inspection

    Matthew, the technician, was professional, well dressed and gave me the time to answer my plugged drain questions. He wore boot overalls when he came into the house, too. He gave me several options to handle the partially blocked drain, which is much appreciated. It is very useful to know all the options so one can make a wise decision. The only thing he could have done better is to be a little more patient in answering my questions. He seemed a little frustrated & short with his answers, especially as to why the drains could not be hydro-jetted without removing the main building trap on my house. His answers made no sense to me, and I have been doing pre-purchase home inspections since 1986 and was a City of Toronto Building Inspector before that. Overall, a great company and great service. It was very informative to see on a monitor the complete insides of the underground drain with the "video snaking". George Papadimitriou, Pappas Home Inspections Inc.     replacement of exterior clay pipes with new PVC pipes

    DrainWorks provided extremely prompt and efficient service - both with the initial meeting with Armando Gatti, the certified technician who came to quote the job, and with carrying out the work. All the crew were polite and efficient, and Armando did a great job of explaining what was involved, and showing me the findings of the camera inspection. Their price seemed fair to me.

    Drain Backup

    Clogged drain in basement backed up to the outside breather. The problem was remedied with use of a snake line on the outside breather using K-1500 machine and spade cutter to 45'. Encountered blockage in system. Job well done!

    Clearing clogged sewer drain

    We woke up to sewage coming out of the basement bathroom drain. Within two hours of calling Armando arrived and went over the possible causes and solutions and their cost. He used a camera to find the clog and loosen it and then a snake to remove the roots that were getting into a section of the pipe. He also recommended a permanent solution which included digging up part of the basement floor and installing new pipe so roots wouldn't become a problem again. I didn't want to go through with the bigger job right now, but will be considering it in the near future when I can afford it. I appreciated Armando's professional attitude and no pressure recommendations.

    Plumbing

    Drainworks was very polite on the phone, scheduled a same day visit, and then did a great job fixing our clogged shower drain. The workmen were courteous and very respectful of our home. I would highly recommend Drainworks.

    Blocked drain

    I really have to say....from the very first call I got to speak to a LIVE person, no recording, thank god. A really gentleman spoke to me, clearly and respectfully...believe me, thats not always the case with contractors. Then 2 service guys show up and had the professionalism to wear slipcovers over their shoes and got to work in minutes. The problem got fixed and I can now shower. It was great that the 2 guys, I think their names were Mike and Eric, left me actually smiling and feeling good.......I don't usually feel that way after spending money. I was really pleased. Thanks guys

    Plugged Toilet

    100% satisfied customer! Service call was prompt. The Service Technician, Mike Dunn explained in detail the work that would be conducted and the cost up front. He ensured I was absolutely satisfied with the result.
