    Backed up Bathrooms

    Long overdue review from Dec of last year. Our bathroom started to backup a week before we had guests over for Christmas. From the initial diagnosis of the problem to finishing the job that includes excavating the basement foundation to find the ROOT (almost 2 meters worth of roots) of the problem, it took 2 days (this happen over a weekend too!). Armando walked us through the entire process, explaining everything that he had found and gave us all of the options. In addition, his team made sure to have the rest of my home well protected during the entire process. By the time they left, it did not even look like we had a plumbing problem happened at all. We were very impressed with the service and work performed. Will not hesitate to call if we had problems in the future.

    dust clean

    Paul and Johnny did great job in my house. They gave great service! Really recommend! About 2 hrs work. Also they are very friendly and polite. Very satified with their service.

    Stack and drain replacement

    Drainworks replaced an original cast iron stack in our basement which had cracked, as well as the original (100 year old) drain system in the basement and extending outside to the city sewer connection. They also installed a new drain in the basement and several clean out accesses (which were lacking in the old set up). This was a big job. We were very impressed by the professionalism of Chris, Lou and Armando and with the tidy, efficient work done by Misha and his team. All work scopes and quotes were detailed and in writing. The work was followed up by a post job inspection and written report on what had been done. Lou and Armando were very pragmatic and gave useful advice. They were also willing to listen to concerns and get customer input and did not hesitate to explain everything they proposed to do and check to make sure that everything was understood. We were kept informed about what was going on throughout the job, and additional input from us was sought as necessary. Appointments were meticulously kept (the start date for the drain replacement was even moved ahead by one day, after checking to make sure it was okay). Very pleased with the work done and with the professionalism of this company.

    back water valve

    The crew was tidy, appropriate and timely. The initial investigation was thorough and the proposed plan was made clear to me and carried out as promised. No surprises! I am pleased that I now have a backwater drain installed by a reputable, reliable and efficient company. Drainworks provided excellent service, were prompt, courteous and professional. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job on time and as promised. Thanks Armando and Lou.

    Kitchen Plumbing

    I recently used DrainWorks for a stubborn kitchen sink back up. It happened the morning before we had a large family gathering. Panic set in! We needed to use the kitchen to entertain. Needless to say, we called them and immediately the assured us they would get out in short order and made us feel like a real priority. Their tech, Lou, came out, was a pleasure to deal with, gave pricing upfront, before anything was done, and walked us through all of the steps. We have used DrainWorks on a few occasions in the past and have never been less that thrilled with their quality of service and attention to detail. A high recommend from us!

    Basement Drain Replacement

    Drainworks provided excellent service, were prompt, courteous and professional. Most important they solved my problem. The crew they sent was efficient and did an excellent cleanup. Our main contact from drainworks did the initial thorough investigation, supervised construction and followed up. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    Basement drains

    The experience with Drainworks was great. They kept in contact with me prior to the scheduled date. They arrived when they said they would. They protected the work area and the route to the back door. There was a bit of a hiccup with the work but they fixed the issue the next day. The work was done well. This is the second time I've used Drainworks in the past year.

    Kitchen sink replacement, toilet replacement

    The speed and efficiency, combined with the reasonable price, made this plumbing experience more pleasant than I ever would have imagined! I would recommend Drainworks to anyone. They are professional and pleasant and the work is good.

    Camera Scoping + Removal of Outside Trap & Breather

    After moving into an older home, we decided to have our drain pipes scoped for integrity as they are original clay pipes. We chose DrainWorks because they came highly recommended by a co-worker who had a good experience with them. She mentioned we'd probably pay a bit more but the service and quality of work would be worth it. Unfortunately, there are a lot of companies around today that claim to know what they are doing and provide cheap but also crappy work - we wanted to avoid this! The camera scoping was done end of Aug which showed that the outside house trap was cracked. We proceeded with having the trap and breather removed a few days later. Armando, the technician, was great - very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He outlined each of the steps and answered all our questions/concerns. The actual job took a day and the DrainWorks crew arrived on time. A section of our front lawn was dug up where we have some plants. The plants were removed nicely and a tarp was placed on the lawn for all the dirt. After everything was done you could barely tell we had work done. The only thing we noticed is the ground under the plants was and is still a bit bumpy/uneven but hopefully it should settle over time.

    Full basement drain to the city line

    I was very happy with both the guys and the service, the guys all had a job to do and each one knew their part, this made for a fast, efficient and very professional job. Special thanks to Armando Gatti for explaining every step of the way. Strongly recommended!
