    Replacing basement pipes

    While drainworks is probably one of the more expensive companies to use, their service and workmanship is fantastic. I've used them a few times, including this latest job which involved digging up our basement to replace 20 feet of plugged clay pipes. Dealing with them is always a pleasure and they're super professional, courteous and go the extra effort to make you understand what they need to do. They are always on time and will stay late to finish a job if they need to, as was the case this time for us. Also, their cleanup of the site is fantastic which I really appreciate. Overall, their customer service and guaranteed good work is worth the extra dollars.

    replaced piping and inside sewar traps and installed new floor drain

    I was very impressed with DrainWorks and the service they provided. They scheduled my repair job quickly, followed up with an inspection of their work. Very professional and efficient. The PVC piping they used has a lifetime warranty with company. I would highly recommend their services.

    Drain unclogging

    Over the past week we were getting overflow in our basement. We contacted the city and they could not zero down the problem. Matt our DrainWorks professional was great. He outlined all the steps was open to talk to and did a great job. The issue : Roots caused a block of our system with paper compounded the issue. Solution: Camera the clog Snake it and then again camera it again to confirm.

    install a new main shut off

    I was concerned about my 60 year old main shut off- Contacted Drainworks to replace. City turned off water -Chris from Drainworks arrived went above and beyond removing some unnecessary valves and water pressure readers added on by a previous owner - Chris completed the task on schedule. I contacted City to turn water on -Chris waited as long as possible hoping the city would arrive so he could check his work. Sure enough just after he left - the City showed up - Much to my surprise Chris walked up the driveway moments later- He had seen the white City truck in the neighborhood and decided to return - Needless to say all his work was AOK - A real professional.

    Camera Inspection of Clearouts

    Drainworks were called and presented the same day as requested. The service person was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough and identified the problem quickly. We are currently acting on his suggestions and hopefully the problem will be rectified in the next few days

    Replacement of clay pipes

    Three months after the purchase of my first home I discovered long-term back-up issues. Mike was very professional and he wrote out several quote options, and provided me with his phone number should I have any questions. I agreed to have Drainworks come and replace the pipes at the outside of the house: the main issue with the problem. While that work was being done, I repeatedly told the workers that I didn't think it was a good idea to have the cleanouts in my driveway, right under where my tire would be. They told me they didn't have a choice. This led to me using another company for the bigger part of the job. I researched what they had told me: I called the city and confirmed that the pipes could, in fact be placed on the grass instead. I called a DrainWorks supervisor with this information, and and they came and moved the cleanouts to the grass. I have regretted not staying with DrainWorks because despite that issue, I do think they know what they are doing.

We do always perform a final inspection at the completion of any work to ensure total customer satisfaction, and there is no documentation of the cleanouts being an issue at that time, and as this happened around 8 months ago, it is difficult to track the exact particulars regarding conversations shared on site and off invoice, however, cleanouts are typically installed where they achieve the best straight access into the system. It is nice to know we were able to return and provide you with what you requested, but the first installation performed would have been the more plausible one.     Facet (bathroom) Repair, Clogged Drain.

    We had a leak from our kitchen to bathroom downstairs which ruined our ceiling .. Our technician "Wayne" aided my late dad in opening the ceiling up to view / repair the issue - he also repaired our upstairs FACET (on our new bathroom ) - Since he was here, I also asked if he could unclog my old shower drain - (which once in awhile needs to be snaked out for proper flowing)..). Drain Works calls and commits their service was on the way in timely fashion ( which also left me very pleased). After quick internet search I called a few people then Drain Works. I had waited for others to call me back however, Drain Works came through in a prompt manner and was first to serve me and respond back. They were reasonable with the cost and I needed the job done. Our technician had fixed our pipe installed the new facet and the cleaned the drain within in 30 minutes. We found this company very reliable , efficient, very courteous and professional.     Replacing old sewage pipe

    We had really bad sewage gas odors coming from our basement and knew we were only days away from a flood. On the recommendation of a friend I called srainworks. From the guy who took my initial call to the gentlemen who came out to do the work I can only say one thing...extremely professional. Mike explained everything in detail to me and the outcomes of various options. When he was done I felt very comfortable I made the right decision and paid a fair price for excellent work. I can't imagine ever calling anyone else for plumbing work.

    Unclog Main Drain

    The main sewage drain from our house was blocked causing a backup into our basement shower. I tried to clear on my own, but needed someone with the proper tools to get the job done right. The technician called prior to his arrival to announce his arrival time. He explained to me at my front door what he would do to try clear the problem. Upon entering my home he place covers over his boots so my floors won't get dirt. He inspected the shower drain and tried to clear it with no luck. He asked me all the steps I took to clear the problem as to not duplicate what I had done to waste my time. He went outside to his truck to grab tools and checked out the main drain to the street. He could see the blockage was at this point and cleared the line. He then setup a camera to look into the cause of the problem and saw it was tree roots. He didn't charge me extra for this service and normally other companies would. He then wrote up a quote on the spot to suggest additional work that would need to be done so the problem wouldn't happen again. There was no pressure to do the extra work. The technician was professional, friendly, or pushy on the extra work. I was extremely happy with the fast friendly service and would definitely use them again (but hope I won't need to).

    Toilet not flushing

    Found Drain Works on line. They were able to come within 2 hours of me calling. Technician, Lou very efficient and polite. Let me know quickly what he was going to do and price and solved my problem. Not something you want to spend money on but with 2 kids what are you going to do, gotta have all the toilets working!
