My new plumbing is a work of art, thanks to the professional people at Drainworks and in particular to the expertise of Jeff. I was required to replace all the old galvanized iron pipe in my mid-town Toronto home, circa 1920's. This work included replacing the old water service outside, buried in my lawn.
I called Drainworks, they promptly booked an appointment and Jeff arrived the same afternoon to review the work required. He completed the quote, explained what would happen and also answered my questions with patience. This took of some time, as it was a big job. To his credit Jeff made all the real fear I had about starting this process go away, as I had really put it off until I could put it off no longer.
The next day, Lou and the crew arrived promptly to replace the old water service. They completed the work by early evening. It was a chilly day to be outside digging down to the water service, and under and through to my basement. They put in the new copper service expertly. Extremely tidy and professional, they took care to dig only where absolutely necessary. The work was inspected the next day as well. I was very happy and relieved.
Jeff returned to complete the interior work. I needed a whole range of items to be upgraded to copper and/or new plumbing on all levels of my home. This was accomplished masterfully & professionally, with a lot of focused hard work. And you can tell just by looking - this is skillfully done - it looks amazing and the water pressure has increased significantly! This work is miles better than any previous plumbing work completed in my home. My house has undergone a lot of renovation and still requires a lot more, but at least I have peace of mind that this work is sound.
