    drain

    We had some pretty nasty stuff bubbling out of our basement drain.Drainworks came to the rescue. They are fast and efficient and trustworthy. You can rely on this company. They did work for us 8 years ago and had everything on record so they knew exactly what had been done previously and what needed to be done now. I really like that the guys who came ( Mike and another gentleman) took the initiative and care to put on little plastic booties to cover their shoes in my house.

    Drain snaking

    My drains became blocked about an hour before I had a group of friends plus their 10 young kids coming over for supper. Drainworks were very professional and sent a team over to deal with the problem within 20 mins. They were very friendly and helpful and left the house in the same state they had found it in. Overall I would recommend them 100%.

    installation of kitchen faucet

    Phil from Drainworks came and offered an upfront estimate of work that he could guarantee. He was polite, kept my kitchen clean and didn't mind dogs in the house. He finished the job in just over an hour. I appreciated that Phil also does plumbing work as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. It made me feel that he was a good and fair plumber who cares about what he does.

    Shower plumbing problem

    I recently had Philip [last name removed--Ed] replace a shower control valve in my main bathroom. He was pleasant to talk with, very professional and great workmanship. He even added extra touches to ensure the job was successfully completed. Excellent service & attitude!!!

    Drain work

    Clearing of blocked floor drain. I became aware of roots in my launder room floor drain. I have a city tree on that side of the house and called to city to inspect. They said my next step was to call a licensed drain repair company. After a webb search I called DrainWorks. Right from the call /inquiry for service this company is professional all the way. The person on the phone said they would have a technician out the next morning at 9 am and John Paul explained in brief what would most likely take place. Mike D. with his partner Eric arrived on time. By using a color camera device they were able to inspect the complete sanitary line and floor drain right out to the city main sewer line. As this was happening Mike explained in detail how the drain systems worked and was laid out in my house. Both my wife and I were amazed to watch the monitor as the camera work was done. Based on that inspection Mike give me both a detailed verbal and written quote on the next steps. It was agreed that the floor drain needed to be replaced. The work was scheduled to take one day and the date was based on my request ! Again on time André and Vasca arrived and removed the old pipe and replaced the necessary drain pipes with new updated produce. As you can imagine this could have been a messy job. However on the contrary the work was performed both during the inspection and the floor drain work and all steps were taken by the DrainWorks personnel to keep our house clean and have a safe work environment for them. Mike returned and helped me with the cities Drain Grant Program paperwork and a final inspection of the job done. This is the company YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH! They are professional from the first call for help to the final inspection all promises were kept. Including quoted price. My wife and I would like to thank all personnel involved for a great job done. Regards Kerry

    Drain service

    After some serious baking for easter dinners, our poor kitchen drain was clogged with pastry dough. This turned out to be a problem for the pros as the clog (a.k.a. the blob) ventured further and affected our vanity bathroom! We called Drainworks and they promised service the very next morning. Matt showed up on time, was friendly, reconfirmed the phone quote, got work straight away. He was done in a flash, cleaned up after himself and the quote was spot-on accurate. Will definitely use these guys again!

    outside sewer pipe replaced from the house to city drain.

    Matt gave me an estimate on both cost and time to complete the job. Both were done to the point, quickly and professionally. I was impressed that the work was both explained to me and shown by way of video cameras. Nothing but a positive experience.

    Leaking valves underthe sink and in yard

    Phil showed up at our place at the appointed time and turned out to be courteous, clean, competent and quite friendly. The Drainworks approach is polished and quite good; the costs are explained ahead of any work proceeding and there are no surprises. We ended up doing a bit more than just replacing the leaking valves because Phil made a good case about also replacing an aging faucet at the kitchen sink. Both my wife and I are quite pleased with this experience and we would heartily recommend Drainworks

    main drain clog

    matt, technician: excellent service, courteous and professional. william, phone rep: ditto service done march 27, clogged main drain. drain snaked from basement. main drain clogged again april 4, another company able to free clog without a snake from cleanout outside the house without a snake using a plunger-type tool. technician was astounded to learn that original work didn't start from outside the house.

On our visit, you had a root blockage in your drain line and snaking is what was required to clear those roots. In addition, we offered to investigate with a camera inspection to locate the source of the problem, which you declined. Without the camera inspection a permanent solution cannot be provided. A plunging does not clear roots and aside from being 1/10th as effective of snaking, a plunging is not what you required on our visit. If you are interested in a permanent solution, please call our office so that we can assist you in avoiding perhaps another back up and incurring additional expenses for the same issue.

    bathroom toilet

    My toilet was very sick and about to be put on life support. I called Drainworks as I am a returning customer and was very satisfied with the work done on my home last year. The plumber was personable, friendly and efficient and not hard on the eyes. I love this company!! Thanks.
