    Emergency Plumbing Work

    While doing the laundry I noticed water coming up from the floor drain and the downstairs toilette was also not flowing properly. I remember seeing the DrainWorks trucks in the neighborhood so I thought I would give them a call. They said they could have a technician out in about 3hours and would call me when he was on route. Matt the technician arrived at the time they said he would and he immediately went to work diagnosing the problem. He was very courteous, thorough in his explanation on what needed to be done, presented me with a couple of options and the price for each option. Matt then went to work and quickly fixed the problem and made some additional suggestion on what I may want to look into in the future. He was very tidy and took extra effort to ensure he didn't track dirt through the house. It is very obvious that he takes pride in his work and the company he works for. I would definitely recommend DrainWorks for any of your plumbing needs. They are very professional, quick at fixing the problem and very reasonably priced. Ask for Matt, he is a real pro.

    replacement of 4 toilets

    We recently replaced all 4 toilets in our home. Drainworks arranged for a visit quickly for an estimate and on instalation shortly thereafter, Phil did a great job. He was professional, thorough, friendly and trustworthy. The new toilets are a great improvement.

    Plumbing Repairs

    We have three little kids at home and our house and all of its appliances are put to HEAVY use. Even though our house is renovated, we are in an older area and from time to time drains get clogged and fixtures get worn out. Unfortunately, I don't have a brother or friend who is a plumber, but I always call Drainworks. Over the past 5 years, we have had a few different drain specialists and at least 3 or 4 different licensed plumbers from Drainworks visit to remedy clogged drains, install faucets, repair leaks and troubleshoot my various issues, and I have been COMPLETELY satisfied and impressed each time. When I've got a problem, I just know they can help me. I wouldn't say the service is cheap, but I think their services are a fair market rate. Given that they send me a professional licensed person with a problem-solving attitude each and every time, and the work is guaranteed, it is well worth what it costs. My only complaint about this company is that for business reasons, they absolutely insist that I or my husband (ie homeowner) be home personally to supervise/approve the work, and they won't let a trusted friend or family member be there in my place. This makes scheduling a challenge for me, espeically in a drain or plumbing emergency.

    Faucet in Kitchen - Leak

    Jeff arrived on time, was professional and pleasant to deal with. he gave me two quotes to choose from and wasted no time in completing his assignment.I am satisfied with his service. Will call him again if needed.

    Drain inspection and toillet installation

    What impressed me the most was that both times they arrived exactly when they said they would - that has never happened to me before. Courteous people - explained everything that they were doing - gave me options to accept or reject. I was hesitant to call because of experiences I have had with other companies - but I'm glad I did call - EXCELLENT service !!!

    Faucet & tubes under sink replacement, shower leakage fixing

    I would like to comment on Jeff's work from Drainworks, he is a very professional technician, very knowledgeable, who knows clearly how to communicate issues and make recommendations. I was concerned that the cost would be high and it would take a while, but I found that the costs for the services were reasonable, using high quality materials. It took about 2 hours to get everything fixed, my kitchen faucet was leaking as well as the tubes under the sink, my shower was also leaking. Everything was fixed timely. I'm very happy that the staff of drainworks are here not only to fix the problem, but to suggest solutions looking into the future, this is very important, as it saves me time from calling them again when an issue that could have been predicted arises. Great work !!! Definitely would hire your services again!

    Drain issue problems

    I have a problem with all of my toilets being slow to flush and often overflowing. DrainWorks had been recommended by a friend at work who said they were great. "Matt" showed up yesterday after I was scheduled and managed very well by "William" from their office and I explained the situation. He recommended a main drain camera inspection based on what I told him (which I figured was the logical starting point). He was polite, informative and knew his stuff. At the end of the process, he gave me some terrfic advise on what to do next which I won't bore you with. I will try what he suggested and evetually on my own or with the help of DrainWorks, it will get fixed. Either way, anyone with these kinds of issues should absolutely call these guys. (BTW - the quote I got from a "leading" "Routing" company in town for a camera inspection was $700!!! not $265 plus tax like DrainWorks)

    TV inspection of pipes and partial opening up blocked sewer drain

    In an emergency drain situation Drainworks responded promptly and when the man in charge of the job, Mike Dunn, was going to be half an hour late I was called. He was courteous and efficient and helped me define what was the city's responsibility so that the city could finish the job.

    Main drain in basement very smelly, it needed to be looked at by a professional.

    Parents basement was VERY smelly, we worried that the main drain was backed up or damaged by tree roots. We called Drainworks and within a few hours Matt arrived, he was very professional and educated us during the inspection. He used a 80' snake to get into the drain which had a camera on it so we could see EVERYTHING ... there was some blockage of rock and grease which he cleared and proceeded to check our entire drain which connects to the main city sewer system. Everything turned out to be fine, it was the blockage but at least we have piece of mind knowing that the main drain is in good condition considering the house is over 50 years old ... we always worried that tree roots could be damaging the drain since there is a HUGE tree on the front yard and we've seen horror stories. The cost was $140 but I would say it was well worth it, very professional and kind and you learn a thing or two during the process. Would highly recommend Drainworks!

    pulgged main drain

    i had a plugged main drain i called drainworks. they said theyed be there in 1 hour and they were. told me the price and that was the price.they reamed the pipes a sended a camra down.i watched the image on a tv to see the drain was cleaned.Matt cleaned up and was gone in 2 hrs. Thanks you so much drainworks and Matt great job.
