I found Drape Master via the internet. They responded to my query quickly. The replacement track was ordered and installed in a very short space of time. Customer service provided by Cyndi, and service rep. Mike was fast, friendly and efficient.

I found this company through here, and after seeing so many positive comments and ratings... I gave them a call. The owner (Don) came over and gave me a quote, took away by blinds and off he went. I got them back tonight, and, in one word... WOW!. He got the water stain out of my Hunter-Douglas "Silhouette" blind. He was even sure he could get it out but he did. The blinds look just like new! In terms of customer service, they were superb all the way through from picking up my blinds right through to bringing them back and re-installing them. Everyone there is super-focused on the customer! - Great job guys! 10 +++

Great service - they came when promised, took away my drapes and cleaned them in the time promised. I also needed them hemmed, which took a little longer, but they came to check in-between to make sure the length was right. My home is older with uneven floors, so I am very happy they checked!!

I called because my wife was in hospital with a stroke and I wanted her to return to clean surroundings. We have a loft condo with 20-ft. windows and nine blinds altogether, as well as extremely valuable mid-east tribal carpets. All were filthy. The Drapemaster guys got the blinds down, got the rugs out from under furniture and packed them off. Six days later, they were back, blinds up and rugs perfect, in under an hour. Considering the rugs were also disinfected and sparkingly restored in colour, it was well worth it. Way to go, Drapemaster! We'll call you again.

I would like to thank you and your crew for the great job on my Silhouette blinds. When I first took them in I was skeptical about how clean they would come out but was very surprised they look as good as new. After being up for 6 years and a cat crawling in behind them they had gotten very dirty and black down the edges and fur was stuck in the blinds but all that came out. You and the staff were very friendly, and everything was done in a timely matter. It was a great savings for me to be able to bring them in and pick them up, I would recommend your company to anyone that needs drapes or blinds cleaned. I will be back.

After doing research online on where to take my drapes, I decided to give Drape Master a shot. After reading the reviews, I can confirm that Drape Master is awesome. I actually went out of my way, living in downtown Toronto with no car, to drop off my curtains. I could have had someone from Drape Master pick them up, but I took advantage of their amazing 40% off offer if you drop it in person. And the staff was GREAT! Super, super nice people. Just got my curtains back yesterday (they were gone for a week), and they look visibly whiter! And they smell fresh too. Super satisfied.

I brought in two of my blinds that had been damaged for over two years to Drape Master, and they fixed both of them in less than a week. The strings on the blinds had been broken, and Drape Master not only fixed both strings, but cleaned the blinds as well. The blinds are now running better than when I first started using them!

I needed to have my blinds cleaned for the first time after many years. I am currently living in Kuwait and I had no idea where to turn but the reviews on Homestars proved to be really helpful. Cyndi was extremely friendly and knowledgable over the phone and answered my questions which gave me confidence to have them brought in. The blinds were very dirty but I am very pleased that they came out looking like brand new! The staff said that they cleaned them multiple times to ensure that they were perfect. I could not have been happier with the service and the outcome. I highly recommend Drape Master. My family has also used them for area rug cleaning and we have been very happy.

This was the 2nd time we used Drape Master. Don is extremely professional. He and his technicians came on time and notified us shortly before their arrival. They removed our drapes and blinds with no fuss or muss. Delivered them cleaned like new. The cleaning of the carpets and couch were excellent! The price for all their work was very reasonable. We will be back!
