    Drapery cleaning

    Excellent service. Punctual, pleasant technicians, drapes cleaned well, final price was actually a little lower than original phone quote. All together I am thoroughly pleased and I would highly recommend them!

    Cleaning top down bottom up cellular blinds

    Cyndi did a great job on my blinds. She warned me ahead of time that they would need two cleanings and that because the glue would come out they had to be careful of doing too much. The blinds also needed to be restrung. The restringing was great. The blinds aren't pristine but they were very dirty to begin with. I'm satisfied with the result. They didn't call when they were ready and as a result I would have gotten them back sooner. I wasn't in a hurry for them and could have called myself, so no big deal. I would definitely recommend Drape Master.

    Lined bedroom drapes

    I dealt with Cindy who was absolutely wonderful, very polite and knowledgeable. She was able to give me an estimate over the phone in very little time which ended up being a little higher than the actual cost. My drapes look great and were done on time and not to mention that Drape Master's cost was almost half of what two other companies had quoted me. I would highly reccomend them. Job Well Done Jody

    Blinds Cleaning

    I had 10 Hunter Douglas Silhouette Blinds cleaned. The agreement with Cyndi was that once I dropped off the drapes that an inspection would be done. If an repair was needed that Drape Master would call before cleaning would be done. Two visits were required to clean the set of 10. The first set of 7 blinds were cleaned without an issue. The last set, I was told I was given a call regarding a tare that was found in the fabric of one of blinds before the cleaning was done that was never received. When I paid and picked up the last set of blinds their was no mention of the tare. Calling Cyndi she reviewed the telephone call that was never received about the tare. She discussed the tare with the technician and stated I could repair it with fabric tape however it was suggested that I do nothing as it would mar the look of the blind. I was disappointed with the mishandling and lack of responsibility for this error. My wife is livid about this matter.

    Blinds

    I found Drape Master listing in the Yellow Pages. I received a call from Cyndi and she was very informative about replacing my old blinds. Soon after, Don visited my location to take measurements. After that, Cyndi discussed what work can be done. I was informed on the cost and within a week they had the new slacks (blinds) and I found the cost was reasonable compared to other company's price(s) Way to go Blind Master!

    Hunter Douglass Mini Blind cleaning

    Super job. Thanks Cyndi for pushing this cleaning job though and doing a great job. 13 blinds cleaned in 4 working days. Fabric drapes are next to come in. Price ++++++ Service ++++++ Completed job +++++++ Thanks

    Blinds Cleaning

    I have used Drape Master twice to clean my Hunter Douglas Luminette blinds. On both occasions they did a wonderful job and I was really impressed with the efficient and customer focused service provided by Cyndi. I will definitely use Drape Master in future and will recommend them to all my friends.

    blind repair and cleaning

    I found this company via the web and contacted them via email to enquire about a blind repair (restringing). I was quoted a price for the repair and cleaning by the coordinator Cyndi, who followed my service request from start to finish. Though I was originally told the repair would take a week, both the cleaning and the repair were completed in less than 3 days as Cyndi put the service request through as a "rush" job as I was expecting visitors. I appreciated the personal attention I received, even though it was only one small blind that came in for repair and cleaning. Thank you very much.

    Curtain Replacement Track

    The drape repairs done were professional and our drapes work wonderfully. Our only concern was that the communication between the company and us after we agreed to have them repair our drapes, were grim. We were told numerous times when a technician would be here to fix our track, and then he never showed up and there was no communication from the company to let us know this - we ended up calling and finding out for ourselves that it had been rescheduled.

    Silhouette cleaning

    I had 15 silhouette blinds to be cleaned and a few of them were very dirty due to a furnace problem. When they were returned to me 3 of the blinds were still not completely clean. I had to be out of town for a few weeks and when I returned, the company phoned me and asked to come and get the blinds for re-cleaning. They were picked up and re-cleaned and returned to me in two days free of charge. The unsolicited follow-up was much appreciated.
