we were on a budget to renovate a bit our first floor for our first christmas together , we did the tiles in the kitchen and decided we just have 500 mor eto spend. I canme witrh the idea to get some nice drapes for living and dining room ! and it paid off as Drape Master did a master job using our limited budget and turned our rooms in an enchanted place!

These guys were very good. I called them on a holiday and they made arrangements to come as soon as they could. They were gentle with my blinds - and took their shoes off in my house! Service was fast and respectful...just a little pricey for what I had to get done!

Friendly, efficient and highly recommended. Both Cyndi and Don were amazing, going above and beyond without hesitation to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely use them again.

Professional; detail oriented; excellent results. Four 14' windows in a two storey condo were expertly and swiftly washed. As well, a ceiling fan, which is out of reach for me, was carefully and thoroughly cleaned. The blades have been packed w/grime for a very long time. The results are perfect. I am incredibly pleased!

I am a landlord who owns a condo unit in Toronto, but lives outside the country. Drape Master was able to go pick up my drapes, clean them, and return / rehang them. I was impressed with their service. My only negative thing to say is that the pick-up person had to return a number of times as he didn't get all the drapes the first (or second) time around - this required extra coordination on my part. Other than that - I am happy with their service. Cyndi followed-up to make sure I was happy. I did some price comparison and their fee is lower than the other few I checked. I will use them again!

Cyndi and her team at Drape Master were extremely professional, courteous and efficient. I needed a very fast turn around on a unconventional job - cutting fabric panels to size and having them treated to meet fire safety regulations (705 certification). Cyndi walked me through the whole process, and importantly met my deadline. While this was for a professional job, I suspect I will use them for my domestic needs as well. Highly recommended.

Friendly, prompt, professional staff. I would especially like to thank Cindy who I enjoyed talking on the phone answering my questions and calls in a timely manner. Don who actually did the installation of my new blind. They were the best in helping me through the process. I appreciated the free consultation. The drape master technician came to my home, took measurements, and provided options. Don went out of his way to help me out. From dropping off the samples, to coming to recheck the measurements, to doing the actual install. Good quality material users in the blind. Very happy with the end product. I will definitely use and recommend them again.

Highly recommended! The customer reps (Don and Cindy) and the installers (Matt and co-worker) were knowledgeable and friendly. My blinds hadn't been cleaned in 10 years and they look brand new! Service was prompt (2 days) and professional. I am a very satisfied customer!

MY DRAPES AND VALANCES ARE 18 YEARS OLD. DRAPE MASTER WAS RECOMMENDED BY DAVID HORNE, THE MAN WHO CUSTOM MADE THEM. I USED SERVICEMASTER MANY TIMES BEFORE. NOW THEY FINALLY LOOK NEW AGAIN! ON TIME SERVICE. LIKEABLE, HELPFUL INSTALLERS, WHO ARRIVED EXACTLY WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, FOR TAKE DOWN AND REHANGING! I AM THRILLED!
