My husband and I are returning customers of Elite Designed Concrete. When we recently purchased our dream home, we contacted Raffy in order to start designing and gathering ideas for a perfect patio and side walkway. Raffy and Marcello blew us away, again, with their design and ideas. The creativity and contemporary design surpassed all expectations. When the work began, their crew were professional, courteous, hardworking, kept the workspace clean and tidy, and kept us informed of any issues. There were some issues that came up throughout the process but Raffy and Marcello took care of everything and ensured that any issue that arose was stress-free for my husband and I. Marcello and Raffy would check in and keep us up to date with timelines and expected completion dates. Raffy also designed and incorporated black granite along the edges of the patio which really gave it the WOW factor. The end result is perfection. We are the proud homeowners of a beautiful limestone finish contemporary patio with floating stairs and gorgeous stepping stone side walkway. Thank you Raffy and Marcello for the peace of mind during the construction phase, and for the most beautiful patio that will surely bring many joyous gatherings and create wonderful memories. We will definitely be recommending Elite to our friends, family and neighbours.

It's almost five years and our driveway required maintenance. I called Elite to have this done for me. As usual Rafi addressed my call in a professional manner and send the crew to have it done, inspite of the busy and crazy season. Nelson did a great job in fixing the cracks and also caulked the gaps. Now it is again looking like a brand new driveway and patio. The people whoever passedby always passed great comments. I recommend Elite for their great work and ptofessionalism.

Redoing our driveway and walkway was a long time coming. We couldn't be happier with Elite Concrete. Marcello and Raffy answered all our questions promptly and made us feel at ease. As we have been enjoying our concrete job over the years, the time came to have it professionally cleaned. I have called and two days later had a crew working on it. Not sure how but the concrete looks brand new again... In such crazy heat the crew did not stop for a second till it was all clean. They also added some calking for me and even that looks like it was always there. Everything Elite does is professional and quick and we can always count on their follow up service if and when needed. Thanks guys again we love the work you do keep it up.

We hired Elite Designed Concrete for the third time this summer. Elite constructed our backyard patio with stairs leading to our lower deck also made my Elite. We are very pleased with their quality of work and customer service. Their crew members are very approachable and receptive to feedback during the design process. Elite Designed Concrete recently completed a project at my home that consisted of a new concrete garage floor, plus a new driveway and walkway of stamped concrete and asphalt. Every aspect of the project was handled to our complete satisfaction. We have received compliments from our friends and neighbours on the finished work. Raffy and Marcello are knowledgeable and easy to work with. They make it clear in their performance that customer satisfaction is important to them. I would use Elite Designed Concrete again if I were to require another concrete project.

The finished work is beautiful and we have received many compliments. Our backyard feels like an oasis that we love to escape to. The workers were professional, courteous and respectful of our property and surrounding areas. They cleaned up after every stage of the project. I would highly recommend Elite to anyone. Elite has just completed my new front porch and driveway. They are both spectacular! Raffy and Marcelo are honest and honourable men and run an excellent company. They are a pleasure to work with. Elite Concrete saved the day! Elite came through after I had another company try to do a concrete stoop for me twice. I am grateful they fit me into their (justifiably busy) schedule.
