Raffy and Marcelo are one of the most honest and reliable contractors I have ever hired. This was based on 2 previous projects which seen a building of a new custom house and a total renovation at my current house. From the time Raffy came to quote on the job to Marcelo working on the finishing touches, they kept me informed on the process and any issues they saw ahead of time. They were always punctual and their work was immaculate. We were elated at the final results. The pool deck was complimented by many of our neighbors and friends. Even our pool company that renovated our pool thought the deck was one of the nicest they have seen. We will definitely be going back to them when it's time to renovate our driveway and front porch.

Elite transformed our latest modern gem into a magazine worthy entertaining masterpiece. Raffy and Marcelo have become like family- I introduce them to all my customers, gosh- I used them on my own home! Miami style pool deck and integrated drainage, limestone finish driveway and side yard. It's always a pleasure dealing with these guys. Look no further.

My husband and I hired Elite in the summer of 2011 to replace an old cracked and heaved pool deck and interlocking patio/walkways with decorative concrete. At the same time, we decided to have a small garden area in the front of our house done (nothing ever grew there because it didn't get any light) and to have an overlay installed on our front porch. Elite did an amazing job! Everything looks great and many of our neighbours have stopped to admire the work. The epilogue to this is that -- through no fault of Elite -- the pool deck heaved again in the spring of 2012 because of a leak in the stairs. We had to have our beautiful deck ripped out to have the stairs replaced! I was heartsick! But Elite came back and once again did a superb job of matching the new concrete to the old and offering suggestions on how to separate the two areas with bands of another colour to make it look like we fully intended it! I can't wait to have the driveway done. Raffy and Marcelo are great to work with.

Elite Designed Concrete is a wonderful team because of the company’s leadership – Raffy and Marcelo. From the beginning of our project, through to the end, there was not one detail overlooked. When you speak with Raffy and/or Marcelo, they ALWAYS treat you as though you are their ONLY Client. And, considering that they juggle numerous projects and homeowners, that is no small task. Words cannot express how incredibly caring and professional they are……..right down to Raffy taking the initiative to email us a picture of our driveway (upon completion). How thoughtful is that? From beginning to end, despite our frustrations with everyone else on our project, we NEVER had any issues with Elite Designed Concrete – the caliber of their work and the level of service is nothing short of FLAWLESS!!! Raffy and Marcelo were amazing. From beginning to end they were there for us – from helping us with the design of the patio, answering our questions and even finishing off every last detail. Our disaster of a backyard has been transformed into an amazing modern patio (we went with the limestone finish that they offer) that we will be spending so much of our time in now. Only advice is book them early as they are extremely busy – just a testament to how good they are! Thank you Elite for a great job – we look forward to working with you again when we do the front of the house.

Raffy and his team have just completed our new driveway and front steps to our home. We could not be happier with their service, timeliness and end product. They stayed within the given quote and were always available with answers to any and all of our questions. I would gladly and have already recommended them to others.

We searched for a while for a company to complete our patio in keeping with the design of our recently renovated home. Raffy and Marcello and their team were a perfect fit for us - practical, knowledgeable, timely and friendly. The Elite team was a pleasure to work with and they have been hired again to do additional work for us.

I found out about Elite Designed Concrete from my neighbour who hired them to build their project a couple of years ago. I called Raffy to visit my house and provide a quote and some design ideas. I immediately felt comfortable with Raffy and decided to hire Elite to build my project also. They were very busy so I had to wait a few months for them to start. Marcelo came before the work started to help design my project and provide more details. He also cooridnated the the different crews. Once the concrete work was completed and sealed, Raffy arranged to have the driveway paved with asphalt in between the new stamped concrete curbs. They even installed topsoil around the new concrete when they were done. I was impressed with how organized Elite was in making sure the work progressed well. My neighbours regularily tell me how wonderful the work looks and I am very happy with the quality and service also. I have already them recommended them to friends.

We chose Elite Designed Concrete to build a new driveway and courtyard area for one of our clients. We had seen their previous work and extensive list of references and were confident that they would be using the best materials and techniques on our project. They were very professional when addressing our clients. This courtesy reflected very well on us. We will definitely use Elite again should we require concrete work to be done on future projects.

Last summer when I decided I really needed a 28x16 concrete pad across the back of the house I did my usual routine; contact the top five contractors on Home Stars, advise them I was seeking quotes from another four contractors, meet with them, and then let them provide their quote. Only three of the five responded and Raffy was the first of the three. We scheduled an appointment for a week down the road. Elite Designed Concrete were tops on Home Stars rating last summer so I was glad to schedule the other two contractor before meeting with Raffy. I figured they might offer the best service, but at the highest cost due to their excellent reputation. Not only was Raffy professional, confident and courteous, but I was pleasantly surprised he offered the best price… actually 10% lower than the runner up contractor. Before work started, Marcelo came by to take exact measurements and plan out the logistics. Work began on the date scheduled. The crew showed up nice and early getting to work without delay. Every crew member was professional, respectful of our property and very friendly. I happened to be moving my heat pump that day (unrelated project) and two of the guys ran over to help as soon as they saw the HVAC tech and me moving it. The project actually finished a day early and looked great. I also received a courtesy call from Marcelo a few weeks later just to ensure I was happy with the result and no issues had come up. It’s been a few months now and the concrete pad has held up great and despite being a basic brush finish (my choice) it has received many compliments from friends and neighbours. My only regret is not having gone with Elite Designed Concrete earlier. I’m pretty faithful to my system of having the top five Home Stars contractors bid on all my projects but any future concrete work will just go straight to Elite Designed Concrete.
