I have recently finished my backyard including creating patio, walkway, and laying new sod through this company. Raffy and Marcelo have been professional, attentive and pleasant to interact with. They have done a fantastic job with excellent workmanship. They even facilities finding appropriate people to install irrigation system and plant some trees. The final product is as we wanted it so we are thankful of their crew.

I used Elite Concrete for the second time to put in a stamped concrete patio in my backyard. The last install was 7 years ago and that patio still looks great, with no maintenance required. The crew on this recent instal (a month ago - June 2013), did a great job. I was happy with the quality, and they also cleaned up the site after they finished. When I had questions, they were very good at returning my calls and keeping me in the loop with progress. The price was very fair given the quality of their work, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Raj

From our first meeting with Raffy to the finished product, Elite was extremely professional. Raffy and Marcelo clearly explained the different phases involved in pouring and finishing our patio; they met (and beat) their own timelines. We are very happy with the finished product - it looks exactly the way we envisioned it. We could not be happier with Elite and highly recommended them.

Elite concrete did the above project for me 3 years ago. Raffy, Marcello and their entire teams are all very professional and each of them has his own specialty. I am always proud to show my friends and neighbors about their work. Recently, I called Raffy because there is a small area that need some touch up, he came last week and fix it for me. Also, one of the contractor who repair the asphalt driveway for me last month, saw my concrete and asked me which company did the job. I said it is Elite. The contractor who has over 25 years in this industry said, " Good work shows". I would highly recommend this company.

As a frequent user of Homestars, I had researched the top 3 rated concrete design companies before selecting Elite. There was really no comparison to the high level of competence that Elite demonstrated in explaining their work, which is why we chose Elite. Some companies wouldn't want to take on a new client that has been burnt by a bad experience, so it says a lot that Elite was able to confidently take on our project. We first contacted Elite to fix a large, ugly patch on our existing concrete driveway that had been separately poured to fix what was a poorly completed driveway to begin with. After Raffy explained that fixing only a portion of the driveway would not help us achieve the driveway appearance we desired, we made the decision to remove the entire driveway and design a new one. This was a significant investment as the driveway was only 2 years old and replacing it was very costly. Raffy was invaluable from the start, he helped show us several properties so that we could envision the type of design we wanted. He changed our expectations of just correcting "a mistake" and turned it into an opportunity to beautify our home. When it came to the creation of the driveway, Marcelo's personal attention to every last detail ensured that the concrete was poured flawlessly and the color was consistent throughout. Striving for perfection is very obvious in what they do. But what was truly unexpected was the quality of Raffy and Marcel's team - Their customer focus and quality of work is incredible! Every interaction with Raffy & Marcelo's team was a positive one, they are very careful with every step of the process, and they even stopped the machinery when I had to leave the home or approach them with questions. No question was ever a dumb one and I felt very informed at all times on the driveway progress. Given our previous experience, we certainly had our doubts of how the new driveway would look, but when we saw the finished result, it was incredible. The quality of the driveway is indescribable, I can see the difference in workmanship when I compare our driveway to others. We have very high expectations and are very specific about quality, and Elite really earned our respect with their work. There are certainly other concrete companies out there that offer a lower price, but when you see Elite's work, its obvious you get what you pay for. Our neighbours often stop to admire our driveway. Thank you Elite for the beautiful driveway, it has elevated our entire home and we love it!

Raffy, Marcelo and the Elite team did a fantastic job for us! Their entire team was A+ and we are beyond impressed with the quality of their product and customer service levels. In the fall, they created a gorgeous double driveway to our house, with walkways to the front and back doors, and finished our porch too and it looks stunning! It's so gorgeous our neighbours are still raving about it! I had originally been concerned about some comments that concrete can be slippery, but Elite uses a special formula and this was not an issue at all during any of the fall/winter/spring weather conditions. The decorative concrete really enhances and upgrades the overall look of our house - we're so happy we replaced the interlock! - and we strongly recommend Elite!

We were extremely satisfied in every aspect of the work done by Elite. The job was done ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations both in quality and service. Both management and staff were all superior. We would highly recommend this company.

Our relationship with Elite Designed Concrete was beyond perfection. Raffy and Marcelo are exceptional in every way from there business conduct to their organization of delivery times and production times to their scheduling- the project was so incredibly beautiful that there was a car accident outside the front door as the onlooker slammed on her brakes and was hit from behind . The staff where professional and cleaned up after everyday. This experience was incredible. I am a perfectionist and they went way beyond my expectations . To see that there are companies with such a commitment to customer satisfaction and take such pride in the work that they do is very special . I have my own business and work extremely long hours and was left speechless when Marcelo arrived after my work day at 10.30 pm and we both started to spray paint the lines to clarify exactly where our concrete was going to be placed- he had started work that day at 5 am and was with this crazy workaholic until 12 pm . If that does not show that this man is committed to his trade I do not know what does. Look no further, this should be the company of your choice. This review is long over due as our job was completed in Sept 2012 however just a note that our concrete when through this terrible winter beautifully and looks fantastic. Just a note to reiterate how customer focused Raffy, Marcelo and the whole Elite crew are. We had extensive, custom work done a couple of years ago which needed retouching because of our inclement Canadian winter season. I contacted Raffy via email to ask if we could set up a time to have the minor fixes done and, while they were at it, to rewash and re-seal all the concrete. Barely a couple of hours later Nico showed up at the house and began working! I was speechless and beyond happy. I was also advised that the re-sealing was not yet necessary as the concrete was in good shape and still protected with the sealant they applied a couple of years ago. Again, I was left speechless. There is no other company that we have ever dealt with that continue to provide valuable, honest, courteous service. This company is aptly named. We had an excellent customer experience dealing with Raffy, Marcello and their respective teams when we completed our stamped concrete project almost 3 years ago now. Having dealt with many contractors in the past, it was refreshing to work with a company that actually cared and who always delivered on their promises. During our initial consultation, Raffy assured us that the finished product would last the test of time and that they would always be around if there were ever any issues. We were a little skeptical at first, as we have heard that promise many times over from other contractors who were never to be found again after the final payment was made. Well let me tell you that Elite Designed Concrete is definitely NOT like many other companies. Their after-care service has FAR exceeded all of our greatest expectations. Like I said, it’s been almost 3 years and we still get cards every holiday season from them, and Raffy still comes by every spring, whenever he’s in the neighborhood, to make sure everything is still looking perfect. We have a neighbor who had stamped concrete installed by a different company in the fall of 2012. In less than a year, their project has already started cracking, crumbling and falling apart. Every time they walk by our house now, they tell us how they wish they had used Elite Designed Concrete instead.
