We chose Elite Designed Concrete to remove our old cracked garage floor and install a new one. Raffy and Marcelo were great to work with and the crews were very polite and worked hard. Raffy is not satisfied till job is done perfectly. After completion of the garage floor, couple of spots were slightly uneven (1-5mm). Instead of fixing them, Raffy asked his crew to break the whole floor and re-cement without any hesitation. The new floor is perfect. I recommend Elite Desined Concrete Inc to anyone. Raffy, thank you and your crew for the job well done.

After reading all of the positive reviews here on HomeStars we contacted Elite Designed Concrete Inc. (via email) expecting a reply in a couple of days. We received a response in less than two hours! Raffy replied looking to setup a convenient time for us to meet and discuss our project. The project involved repairing, washing and sealing some existing concrete work and some additions, including two raised teardrop planters, complete parging around the base of the house and a redesigned exterior patio with two half walls on either side and an additional walkway. Raffy provided an on-the-spot written estimate fully itemizing each component of the project. We hired Elite a few short days later. Other competitors were sketchy with their detailed breakdowns and some, including the original contractor who we hired for our existing work some years ago, did not even bother to return our email. We were looking forward to having our project completed by the start of summer, but unfortunately Mother Nature had other ideas. Elite actually issued a formal letter to all of their clients-in waiting apologizing for the delay and thanking us for our continued patience – like how much more customer focused can you get ? This company lost something in the neighbourhood of 34 business days to rain in their already relatively short season and were looking at the situation from the customer’s standpoint! We finally got some co-operation with the weather and were introduced to Marcelo, who arranged to meet us at our convenience to mark all the areas and angles of the project as well as selecting colour and pattern schemes. Marcelo kept us up-to-date on every aspect of the project, including when the crew would be onsite and what they would be doing. It was a pleasure seeing the project we had planned slowly materialize work day after work day. This is not to say everything went 100%; like all projects, there were issues that arose, but it is through these issues that the professionalism and integrity of both Raffy & Marcelo really shined. The two half walls we wanted incorporated into the project presented a challenge as we did not want the standard variety patterned stamp. The solution: Elite purchased a new stamp that was exactly what we were looking for. It became all too obvious that this company is special, they really strive not only to ensure complete customer satisfaction, they want to exceed it and will go out of their way to achieve it. I think Raffy must sleep with his Blackberry, as on one occasion I was sending emails to confirm some finishing items at about 10:15pm expecting an update the next day or so, and his response come in at 11:09pm! My wife and I are already looking for other projects where we can work with them again. It has truly been a pleasure dealing with Raffy, Marcelo and the Elite Designed Concrete team.

Rafi and Marcelo have built a business that is reliable and trustworthy, and most importantly performs amazing work! We are completely impressed with the level of professionalism of each and every employee that works with this company and with their willingness to make everything perfect to our, the customers, specifications. They work well as a team, and thus work quickly and efficiently to get the project complete as soon as possible. It was a very comfortable situation having this organization work at my house for a number of days to create our dream backyard oasis; they were like family, only much more professional! I would hire them again and have already referred them to friends and family! Excellent job exceeding our expectations! 10 stars!

A few years ago Elite Designed Concrete completed a decorative concrete walkway for the front of our home. Just wanted to write a quick note to say it still looks great we have had lots of compliments and inquiries from people visiting our home from friends family neighbours and even a couple of contrators who have performed other work at our home. The entire experiance was great from the initial call to the completion of the work. We highly recommend anyone who wants decorative concrete to call Elite. This company is not only talented in what they do, they are great communicators answering questions immediately. The end result of the designed concrete was phenomenal. Everything promised was delivered in a timely manner. Their work was beautiful. After the construction was completed, there was as much concern about clean up, restoring the original look of gardens and seeding as there was about the concrete work. And to top it off, the price was very reasonable for the work that was done! This is a refreshingly great company.

Raffy, Marcello and his team performed a sensational job, and we could not believe the difference it made to our house! Their company is truly ELITE in every sense of the word, in terms of quality, professionalism and customer satisfaction. Raffy was our first contact, and using his consulting experience he immediately addressed all our questions in one working session. He was quick to point the different options available within our budget, and how to optimally approach a design suited to our needs. Once we had made our decision; Raffy , Marcello and crew delivered an impressive 11 out of 10! I cannot recommend this company enough, the job they did was so spectacular everyone in the neighborhood compliments the workmanship, and requests the contact information for Elite Concrete. I picked Elite to do a pool surround & patio renovation project after getting three quotes from various contractors and reading the reviews. The finished results are better than I expected (a real WOW) and even our pool contractor said he has never seen a better stamped concrete job. The entire process was executed very professionally and I appreciated their design suggestions to get the best look. The attention to detail and workmanship by the installers really made for a good technically executed result (sloping for proper drainage) and aesthetically pleasing (I had a contrasting boarder around the perimeter of the pool and a small retaining wall). To top it off Elite had the best pricing. Customer satisfaction is a priority for them and they earned 10 out of 10 on all aspects of the job.

Raffy, Marcelo and their team did an excellent job in all 3 areas. We were very pleased with the results and have received numerous compliments. The team were very professional, courteous and left the site tidy every day while on the job. I would highly reccomend Elite to everyone.

This is my second time to use Elite Designed Concrete in my latest house which I found their service as usual excellent and highly efficient. My project includes stamped decorative concret from the driveway all the way to the back of the house and patio. The cost is so reasonable that saved me for the cost of a deck and it looks beautiful and most important maintenance free. My neighbor and friends was marvelling at the project and ask for Elite's number for their enquires.

We give Elite a perfect 10/10 for professionalism, patience and a picture perfect result. We are impressed with how quickly the job was done and how the crew worked diligently, even in bad weather! Raffy and Marcelo are exceptional. We called Raffy to discuss ideas as we were unsure of what we wanted. He patiently provided his advice and suggested the Limestone finish. The result is clean and original and we are so happy with the look! Three of our neighbours have already knocked on our door to ask us who did the work. The look is so original that we kind of want to keep it a secret ;) (Although we will happily put up a sign for you). Thanks for a job well done!
