Elite was able to help me out in short notice to get a new concrete pad poured for a garage I was about to build. There were able to come in quickly to do the estimate, and the crew came the next week and did the job. Very satisfied.

Thank you Raffy and Marcello for a job well done. Despite the countless interruptions with rain delays, they were able to get their workers out there to complete the job and it looks terrific. The workers went about their business never causing any interruptions in the household. They cleaned up after themselves leaving the premises exactly as they were. I would definitely refer this company to anyone who might ask and I may even look to have some more work done by them in the not so distant future. Raffy and his guys are a pleasure to work with because they treat their business like professionals, they respect their customers, and they do everything that they can to fulfill their demands. Always on time for meetings, and they always respond to phone or email queries within an hour or two--can't say that about too many companies regardless of the industry. I am a careful consumer, and like you, I read all of these positive reviews in Homestars and wondered whether they were all for real. I had booked an appointment with another concrete company to get an estimate, and the person we were scheduled to meet ended up being 3 hours late. The next day, we contacted Elite Designed Concrete Inc. and spoke to Raffy. He appeared on time for our scheduled meeting, he gave us design and color ideas to consider, showed us pictures, and then provided us a list of locations where we could view their previous work. Needless to say, we did hire Elite. The work was just completed today, and we could not be more happy. There are many steps to creating a concrete structure of any type, so it is important that the company you work with fully explains the process so that you can anticipate what is to come. Raffy and Marcello did just that. I can further say that his staff are also very friendly and accommodating. They know what they are doing, so they go about their work with minimal supervision and they are always professional and courteous. The work they do is often under difficult conditions where they are crawling around on their knees for hours, but they never seemed to try to rush things through as they painstakingly, and patiently, perform the small and detail oriented tasks that in the end, is what makes people so admire the finished product. I would certain engage Raffy and his crew for any future concrete work I may have, and I would also highly recommend Elite Desgined Concrete Inc. to anyone thinking about doing a concrete walkway, driveway, back patio, etc. Postscript: I was out one morning, and when I returned home, I noticed that Raffy's guys had come by and backfilled soil around my walkway, and spread grass seed on top. Talk about a thorough job!

In spring, we were looking for a contractor to do stamped concrete in our backyard and walkway. After receiving quotes and consultation from various companies, we decided to go with Elite Designed Concrete Inc due to their rave reviews on HomeStars.com. Needless to say, their service and professional was exceptional. We think the team went above and beyond on what they were asked to do. The team was polite, attentive and readily available to answer any concerns or questions that we might have. They acted and resolved any minor concerns immediately. They always cleaned up at the end of day's work. When everything was done, I came home and found all the patio furniture were back in an orderly fashion. The BBQ was back on its usual corner. Clean and feel like home again!! The finish product was done with great quality and the design was beautiful and we received wonderful praises from family, friends and neighbours. Their communication and collaboration made them a "winning" team. All the reviews about the company were true. We couldn't ask for more. We highly recommend Elite Designed Concrete Inc. In fact we are having them come to do our driveway next spring! Can't wait...

We have dealt with Elite Concrete in 2005 for our previous home in Thornhill and chose them again without hesitation for our home in Ajax. We wanted to have a decorative concrete patio for the front of our home and requested Raffy and Marcelo to help us with our backyard which was uneven and unsightly. The Elite team has helped us radically change the look of our home, in a very positive way. Raffy and Marcelo have always been friendly, dependeable and punctual. Leo and the rest of the team are equally reliable and boy! they work real hard! While they working on the front patio, I accidentally left the front door of my home unlocked and headed out to the office. If it was any one else I was dealing with, I would have returned straight home, but in this instance I trusted them all completely. Their final product deserves high praise. Elite was one of the many companies that we received quotes from. They were the most expensive but due to the presentation of the quote from Raffi, the many positive references provided online and by Elite, we felt confident that they would do the best job. The job from start to finish took a long time, but much of that was due to weather. Every time anyone from Elite was on the job site at our house, they were professional, polite and accommodating. In the end, we are extremely happy with the work that they di and would have no trouble recommending them.

We've had Elite do several different projects for us this year, and they are extremely timely and professional in their execution. Communication is thorough and extremely prompt, and the crew know their craft. The porch we had poured was to replace a crumbling one in the front of the house and is going to be clad in natural stone to mimic the classic styles seen in the neighborhood, and to render the front of the house classic and well-kept. Although it was just the foundational piece and will never be seen, care was taken to ensure that it was constructed properly and in a way that it will be solid for years to come. We'll recommend Elite to anyone needing beautiful, quality concrete work.
