    Front Porch, Steps and Driveway

    Once again, Elite Concrete prove that "customer service" still exists. Consumers have come to expect and in most cases accept the fact that companies promise the world, but after you pay for their services, they quickly forget you. Not the case with Elite Concrete. Last year we hired them to do our porch, steps and driveway. We were more than pleased with the work and final outcome of the project, then, to our pleasant surprise, Raffy contacted us as soon as the weather improved to let us know that he had been to our home to see how the work has faired during the winter and informed us that he would have his team by the following day to apply two additional coats of sealer. And as promised, we arrived at our home the following afternoon to see that the work was completed and looking better than ever. Hat's off to Raffy and the rest of the crew at Elite for surperb workmanship and outstanding customer service!

    Driveway and Front Yard

    Raffy was very helpfull in helping us in the disign. There were rain delays but in every instance we were kept up to date. The work crew was very pleasant and co-operative, making sure the work site was neat and tidy at the end of the day. The result was terrific and passersby stop and look and comment how great the driveway looks. I have never had a home project where things went smoother and the result was fantastic. Although the project was done in 2009 I waited until a winter had passed to see whether there was any problem with cracks. There was not.

    Concrete patio in backyard and driveway extension and walkway

    Raffy and Marcello did an excellent job on our backyard patio and driveway extension and walkway at the end of last summer. My husband and myself were particularly pleased with the colour finish. And the follow-up care they provided this spring to ensure the bonding of the sealant on the concrete was another example of their professionalism.

    Front concrete walkway and stairs

    We contracted Elite to design and install a concrete walkway and stairs to the front of our home. Marcelo and Raffy walked us through each step, including the design and colour selection. Equally as important, they were flexible with changes. After completion, which was on time, they popped in several times make sure all was fine. I have had dozens of compliments from friends and neighbours. These folks are honest and reliable. I strongly recommend Elite to your readers.

    Concrete Walkway and Patio

    The Elite Concrete Team is exceptional. The team is hardworking, honest and professional. They began and completed the job in the time frame they gave us. They explained the job to us step by step and the end product was beyond our expectations. I have to say they are by far the best company I've EVER dealt with. If you are considering a concrete project look no further they are the company for you. The pictures on their website are the actual product you will end up with! Thank you Elite!!!!

    Stamped Concrete Patio, Front steps and walkway

    We decided on Elite based on a great meeting with Raffi. He provided great advice on the various options and helped us to pick a colour and designed that matched our house. The crew that worked on our patio, front steps and walkway were extremely helpful and accomodating. They met our expectation in terms of the time of the job and the expense involved. We highly recommend them for similar jobs!

    Concrete pad, walkways and patio

    Would like to express the joy in our experience with Elite design Concrete and share with everyone looking at reveiws that you can not go wrong with this company. Did lots of research prior to choosing Elite and have had no regrets whatsover. Work was done on time, as promised and over exceeded our expectations. Phone calls and concerns were addressed immediately and relations were great, the only hard part was having to say goodbye when they were all done. I would also like to thank the Marcelo and Raffy for not only converting our house into a home but improving our quality of life. Cheers!

    2 Large Concrete Patios, 1 Pool Deck

    What a fantastic job, we could not be happier with the results. From the initial contact to the follow up visit to confirm we were pleased with the results, this is without a doubt a company that ensures their clients satisfaction. We are confident that the Elite Team are experts in their field and are ecstatic that we chose Elite Designed Concrete to complete our backyard.     Front porch and walkway

    We can't thank Raffy, Marcelo and the crew enough for the wonderful job that they have done. From the initial quote, right through to the final day, this project has been handled in such a professional manner that we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! We were happy on the first day when they removed our rotted old railing, but we are glad that they continued on ! Thanks again to EVERYONE who worked on this job. Dawn & Lawrie

    Stamped Concrete Decks around pool and off back door

    From start to finish the reconstruction of my pool deck and backyard deck by Elite Designed Concrete was exceptional. The quote provided by Raffy was handled professionally with all information provided upfront. Job site management and customer contact by Marcelo was terrific. Updates were provided in a timely manner and any concerns were handled immediately and professionally. If only the weather had been as co-operative as these guys! Looking forward to reconnecting the hot tub and relaxing poolside next summer. I have received nothing but compliments on the work done in the backyard. Thanks guys, a job well done!
