We are absolutely amazed at the job Elite Designed Concrete did for us. Raffy and Marcelo (Enrique) were exceptionally professional and totally knowledgeable about what we wanted. I can't remember the last time I have seen such hard working crews. They came in, did their job and left us with an amazingly beautiful driveway and walkways. Absolutely wonderful work. The organization of their crews was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Kudos to you all for a spectacular job. Many thanks to Raffy, Marcelo and their wonderful crew.

A great big thank you to Raffy, Marcelo and the entire Elite Designed Concrete team! After watching our previous front concrete steps sink year after year and finally breaking into pieces, we decided to try another concrete contractor and after much research, decided on Elite Designed Concrete. From the moment we met Raffy we knew we had made the right decision. His professionalism, patience and willingness to answer all our questions put us at ease instantly. Later meetings with Marcelo and viewing both past and present jobs they had completed only reassured us even further. We were also pleasently surprised to see that the entire Elite team from demolition and preparation to the finished product were detailed in every step of the way, as if it were their own home. The entire Elite team has proven that professionalism and pride in workmanship does still exist today and we are thrilled with our new stamped porch, steps and driveway. We only wish we could give you more than 10 stars, you certainly deserve it. Raffy and Marcelo we wish you great success. Thank you. 5 months later....Once again, Elite Concrete prove that "customer service" still exists. Consumers have come to expect and in most cases accept the fact that companies promise the world, but after you pay for their services, they quickly forget you. Not the case with Elite Concrete. Last year we hired them to do our porch, steps and driveway. We were more than pleased with the work and final outcome of the project, then, to our pleasant surprise, Raffy contacted us as soon as the weather improved to let us know that he had been to our home to see how the work has faired during the winter and informed us that he would have his team by the following day to apply two additional coats of sealer. And as promised, we arrived at our home the following afternoon to see that the work was completed and looking better than ever. Hat's off to Raffy and the rest of the crew at Elite for surperb workmanship and outstanding customer service!

We want to express our gratitude to Raffy, Marcelo and all hardworking people from Elite Designed Concrete who created our driveway. We had to demolish our ugly fresh installed concrete driveway after another “professional” company installed it 2 months earlier. After that another dishonest contractor took a deposit and left. After 2 months of looking for concrete contractors who can perform a decent job we were almost desperate. At least we have gained some experience, quite bad though. Meeting Raffy was a lucky chance. From the very beginning till finishing the project we felt all things were under control. Workers did very neatly and professionally (remember we have some experience to compare). Every detail was discussed. It looked like we played one team. To describe the company style words can be used are:”professionalism”,”quality” and”dependability”. Guys from Elite did a fantastic job. I consider myself a “picky guy”. I saw many hundreds of concrete driveways and very few of them met my standards. When I saw the job done it was exactly we wanted. It was nothing to say except:”What a wonderful job you guys did! You can be proud of it. My congratulations.” Every time we look on our driveway it makes us happy. You guys make people happy. It means you do right business. Thank you.

After looking at other concrete work, and comparing the work that Elite Designed Concrete does verses the other "stamped concrete" people we had to use Elite. From the time the estimate was given to us until the sealant was put down on the walkway Raffy, Marcelo and their their entire crew were both professional and accomadating. We could have never imagined that the walkway and flower beds would have ever changed the entire enterance to our home the way it did. One of our neighbours came over to our house and said, "I don't know how much you paid for that walkway, but it was worth every penny." We agree we are trilled with the way the concrete work and design came out and now we are considering doing our driveway next year. Thank you for a job well done J & B

I am amazed as to how the entire project turned out. Breath taking and amazing and it totally transformed my house. The crew worked from dawn to dusk and showed a great deal of professionalism, origanization skills and creativity and I was very happy with the work. I'm amazed with my Front Porch, Walkway and the Backyard. It has turned out amazing. I feel like I could just keep looking at the job that Raffy, Marcello and the crew did. It has transformed my house completely and totally. From my first consultation with Raffy to my constant questions to Marcello, these guys have been there to answer all my questions, never once did they get impatient with me, infact they went out of their way to make sure that I understood what they were doing at every step of the project. Marcello was very helpful with any changes that I made and he made some pretty good suggestions when I needed his opinion, and he made sure that everything was happening as per plan. I really appreciate your professionalism, and care to make everything right. I would recommend you guys to anybody in a heartbeat. You and your crew are wonderful. Thanks to Raffy, Marcelo and crew, they really helped us out. They got us out of a bind. We had hired a previous contractor 2 months earlier who basically didn't do much in those 8 weeks. After contacting Marcelo and explaining the situation that we had a big party planned for our daughters Sweet Sixteen Birthday in just 2 1/2 weeks, they were willing to step up and do anything they could to accomodate us. What would normally take 30 days or more to complete, they had done in just 3 weeks, even though the weather didn't co-operate. They operated a very professional business and kept in contact from start to finish on the procedures and completion time. The overall result was even better than anticipated. We are very pleased with the excellent service we received. A job well done.

The concrete patio work completed by Elite in our backyard was a job well done. It sure took the attention of our neighbors and passersby. From concept to completion, Elite took care of every aspect of our desires and concerns. They guided us well when we need to make some choices and selections. Excellent crews, wonderful lead Marcello, and very professional Raffy are all please to deal with. Work was completed ahead of time with precision and full satisfaction to us. The cost of the project was also very reasonable and well within what others asked for the same job. I found Elite Designed Concrete by using HomeStars and after getting 3 quotes selected Elite. Every aspect of this project including quoting, planning, building, follow-up, questions, modifications, meeting commitments, cleanup, and follow-up after the job was completed to ensure we were completely satisfied was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about Marcelo and Raffy and their professionalism and attitude. We use our new patio at least 3 to 4 times a week now and love it. Barbequing is even more enjoyable. Our friends who visit cannot get over how nice it looks. Our next project is to get a retractable awning so we can use the patio even more. New furniture as well is now required as the old stuff no longer looks as nice on the new patio. I plan on doing some driveway and front entrance work in the next few years and there is no question in my mind on who I will contract the job to. Thanks Marcelo and Raffy Brad and Kristen.

We are most thrilled with our new front porch and walkway. It turned out even nicer than we could have imagined. Raffy, Marcelo and their entire crew are wonderful to deal with. They are courteous, conscientious, professional, neat and their workmanship is outstanding. The finished product is a work of art. People are stopping to admire it and asking who did the work. As a matter of fact, we first got their name from knocking on our neighbour's door as we recognized the outstanding workmanship and eye for detail.
