    We hired this company to construct a patio and garden wall in our backyard.

    They just finished doing the work and we are completely satisfied. Their work is beautiful and neat and they did more than they promised at the beginning. Marcello was very helpful with his suggestions and was able to make changes to the original plans as the work progressed. Both Raffy and Marcello were very nice and patient with all our questions and requests. The working area was left clean as promised. We have already recommended this company to our friends. Thank you so much to all the workers involved.

    Back Yard Patio and Lawn Replacement

    We hired Elite to construct a patio in our backyard. We had just moved into our new home and wanted to make the place look new and brighter. The lawn was in need of a facelift and Elite was able to help us out with replacing the grass in addition to the Patio. Overall they were very professional and worked quickly. The quality of work was outstanding and the property was always left clean and without disruption. Great Work, Thanks

    Patio and Deck

    Raffy and Marcelo: Your professionalism, team work, design, patterns and colours, non-slip sealer, ... were beautifull, luxurious, and easy to maintain. Our walkways (front, side, and back), steps, retaining wall, landings, and patio, ... are now beautifull, and we love your work. We will refer you to our friends. We give you 10 out of 10!!!     decorative concrete front walkway and back deck

    My husband and I were very pleased with the work from Elite which we wrote in another review. Earlier this year we received a call from Rafi letting us know that he had come by our home to see if our walkway faired the winter. Although it still looked really good, Rafi had his crew come out and seal it again. This was such a nice surprise. It's nice to know there are still contractors out there that provide after sales service. Even though we would have recommended Elite before, there is even more reason now.

    stamped concrete patio

    We have great pleasure in recommending the services of Elite Designed Concrete and have had two projects done by them in the last two years. The first was a large stamped concrete patio in our back garden, we were so pleased with it that we called them back the following year to do a similar project in the front. They are very professional and do an excellent job with minimum disturbance. Raffy is very businesslike and competent, when we noticed a slight problem caused by the severe winter and emailed him one evening this spring he had men here the next morning to deal with it. Elite is a good name for this company, they are totally reliable and do excellent work.

    front walkway and backyard patios

    Everytime my father-in-law visits, he wants to go outside and sit on the rear patio, he calls "the world's best patio." And this is from a man who has his own marble shop! Raffy worked with the family to create a unique set of patios at the front entrance and backdoor of the house to match our price and construction time. Pricing was the best of the 3 companies interviewed and did not include a minimum square footage for the job. Both patios were designed to maximize space around our gardens; match our house colouring; and capture the sunlight around the house. Colour choices and patterns were plentiful. The company came at stated times throughout the process; stayed on the property until the day's work was done; and cleaned up very thoroughly. Raffy checked in during each step of the process and was involved in the sealing process. Raffy returned all calls promptly and explained the process very clearly. The finished product was much nicer than expected; eliminated drainage problems around the front stairs; and made winter shovelling a breeze. Our guests were very impressed with the finished product as we took great pride in entertaining during the summer and into the fall. The patios weathered beautifully over the winter. Raffy returned early in the Spring to do the follow-up warranty check. It looks just great! And now we are back to living outside again!

    Walkway, front porch and back patio

    Both Raffy and Marcelo were fantastic to deal with. They are definitely experts in their field and provide exceptional customer service. Their crews were always courteous and accomodating. Raffy took his time to make sure that we understood what the end result would look like so that we would not be disappointed since we were not overly knowledgable about stamped concrete. We are very happy with how everything looks and would be pleased to refer Elite to anyone who is looking to get this type of work done.

    decorative concrete walkway and patio

    We had been left high and dry by another company operating in our neighbourhood. They had dug the trenches, taken our money and left. Raffy of Elite Designed Cpncrete Inc.came and gave us a quote and was willing to work with us despite our skepticism as a result of having been burned by the first company. He and his crew restored our trust. Not only did his crew do an excellent job but they treated us with respect. They kept in constant contact with us and advised us of each step. They were polite and prompt. They came and did the job when they said they would. They worked consistently, were polite to the neighbours and cleaned up every day. They are honest and take real pride in their work. We are very, very pleased with the results and have gotten lots of compliments from our neighbours. I recommend them highly and wish we had contracted with Elite Designed Concrete from the outset. A big thank you to Raffy, Marcello and the crew.

    Front yard landscaping

    The team at Elite Designed Concrete Inc. is unsurpassed as far as quality of work, professionalism, amd friendliness. The beautiful sweeping stamped concrete walkway and front yard landscaping they did for us is fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased... And they did it all in 2 weeks from the the time we first sat down to talk about what we wanted... Great job!!!
