Encore Home improvements came to my home to install several exterior doors. I would recommend that other homeowners consider this company. Their service was great and their price was fair. Overall I was very satisfied with the way the job went.

Professional advice prior to purchase, impeccable installation. Salesperson visited our home, measured all windows twice for accuracy. Met installer to determine his expertise. Everything was done seamless and to our satisfaction.

Encore did a fantastic job! They were reasonably priced, the doors look fantastic and the work was done quickly, neatly and efficiently. Ihighly recommend this company and will use again.

Anthony understood the look we were trying to achieve. The product looked beautiful. The installers were professional and quick. We had a small issue with a window but Anthony fixed the problem quickly. We will use encore when we need more windows.

Over a decade ago we had all our windows replaced by Encore, a few years later they installed a new patio door. Through the years we've had glass issues which was under warranty and Encore promptly had it resolved.The latest issue was a ripped screen and we were told it wasn't covered under warranty. Nonetheless Encore came out and offered a handyman service to repair it. Thank you for your excellent service throughout the years.

We used Encore for a storm door installation and aluminum capping of basement door entry. This job was originally given to another contractor who never ordered the storm door and Leyte project unfinished. Mike from Encore came in and advised me of what needes to be done, pros and cons of options, and gave me a quote that was very reasonable, without any pressure. I gave them the job, and the door was ordered and installed exactly as promised, in the expected time frame. The two gentlemen who came on installation day were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I know I will be a repeat customer. It is truly a breath of fresh air to find competent, accountable, and competitively-priced home improvement companies like Encore. Thanks!

We were pleased with the service provided by the encore team to replace our windows. Dave was helpful in offering suggestions for choice of windows and would return phone calls. George and Shawn arrived on time for the installation and were professional. The windows were good quality with no signs of visible damage. The installation was completed on time over two days. They cleaned up after the job and answered our questions well. One thing to remember is that your existing blinds may or may not fit over your new windows. So be prepared to have them custom cut or replaced if required. Overall i was satisfied with the customer service, installation, and product quality and performance. I would recommend encore to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and fair company for your next window renovation project.

Bquiet was recommended to me by a friend who had soundproof windows installed at her newly purchased condo. She couldn't stop raving about the service and outcome of her installation. Needing soundproofing in my own condo after trying soundproofing curtains to no avail, i too called Anthony G at bquiet soundproofing windows. Anthony G was on top of the game from the start. He showed up when he said he would be there, kept me abreast of the progress of the windows for installation and followed up afterwards to ensure everything was in working order. We knew for a long time that our windows needed to be replaced. Looking around the neighbourhood we noticed that many houses had new windows but the frames were very thick and we didn't want to lose so much glass area. Encore was referred to us and they explaned that what we were looking at in our neighborhood were all retro-fits. Encore suggested a brick to brick installation, we also chose a colour other than white. The windows are now installed and they look faboulous! Thank you Encore!
