    Carpet care, stain removal

    I yr 2 active girls, and a stubborn little doggie with a 10 yr old cream colored large sectional that was ready for the trash. Paul from Fiber Protection and his team did an exceptional job cleaning and restoring it, taking years of wear, tear and stains right off. They also did the most awesome job with stain removal and colour restoration of a beautiful silk and wool rug. The results were incredible, and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend these guys and their services

    Ongoing Carpet Cleaning and Protection

    This is the 3rd property that I have used Fibre Protection at and have always been amazed at their work. They are able to breath new life into rugs I was ready to throw out and managed to get stains removed that I thought would be impossible. We have a dog and 4 children so the stains are a plenty and often indecipherable. I would happily use him again any project.

    Furniture protection

    Fiber Protection Services came highly recommended by the furniture store, where we purchased a number of furniture pieces... We wanted to 'protect' our furniture and feel better knowing that the treatment is non-toxic. I feel very comfortable with guests (and hubby) drinking red wine around the furniture!! It is worth the piece of mind.

    Furniture Cleaning

    I contacted Fiber Protect for New Furniture Protection. Paul the service representative was extremely responsive in a very timely manner. He arrived on time and did exactly as he said he would do. His explanations were very clear and he proved most helpful during the whole process. I would recommend Paul and this company to others requiring a fabric cleaning service

    Sofa cleaning and protection

    My five (5) year old had her birthday party before I had the chance to protect my sofa. Let's just say the kids made a mess. I was very pleased of the service I received from Paul. He was very quick to call me back and did an excellent job of cleaning my sofa.

    Persian rug, carpet and sofa cleaning

    I contacted Jeff to inquire about cleaning my carpets, high end sofas, Persian carpet and wool runner. I was particularly concerned about a noticeable rust stain on a high end couch and making my tired carpets look new again. Jeff was very thorough when explaining his services and how his company used superior cleaning methods. I was pleasantly surprised when he sent his technician Paul that same day to take measurements. I had a quote emailed to me that evening which I approved and the very next morning Paul and Arman were at my home on time and ready to get started! The job was completed on time and I could not be more pleased with the excellent job done. The stubborn stains on the couches were removed (I had used another company previously who failed to remove spots on one of the couches) and the carpets now look fantastic. They went above and beyond my expectations (which are high by the way : ) I recommend calling Fiber Protection Services as you will not be disappointed. Thanks so much Jeff, Paul and Arman!

    Stain removal

    I was really desperate when I spilled olive oil on our new sofa. First company I called told me that it was going to be hard to remove the stain and that they did not have availability until a week after. I tried to call Fiber Protection Service and Paul reassured me that I needed not to worry. Paul, Steven and his son have managed to come the same day and make my sofa brand new again. I was also happy to have my sofa protected so that in future I can remove any stain easily with the kit they have provided me with. I am extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend this company.

    Couch Cleaning and Protecting

    Working with Paul was absolute pleasure. He arrived with the owners who did a great job getting stains out of a couch I thought would never be able to be cleaned. Now they have protected my couch so when my 1 year old spills on it I won't have to worry!

    carpet and furnishing protection

    We have been dealing with Fibreprotect over the past 2 years. Recently, we encountered a very stubborn, ugly stain on a very fine quality area rug. The company was extremely supportive, attending to the problem, first in our home, then removing the carpet to their factory where it received impeccable attention. We have been pleased to recommend Fibreprotect to friends and family in the past and will continue to refer their service, quality and integrity in the future.

    Product

    We bought a new couch and Paul from Fiber protect used a spray product on it to protect it. He arrived on time and also showed me how to use his special cleaning products.
