Attentive and expert service. These folks tell you that they know how to do the best carpet cleaning in the business and they proved their claim with the results they provided to us.

Had a roof leak that completely soaked a carpet in my bedroom and discolored it in places. I talked to others and they said the carpet could not be saved and would have to be replaced, but Fiber Pro did what others could not and they saved the carpet and managed to restore it to it's original condition.

We had 2 problems: dog poo on one carpet and a bleach stain on another. Fiber Protection services was recommended to us and they completely got the dog poo out of our very expensive rug. You can't tell it was ever there. Lastly, I'd used an off the shelf cleaner on my son's navy blue rug for a stain that was there. It left a bleched mark. Fiber Protection took the rug, cleaned it and re-dyed it. You can barely tell the spot is there anymore. I can't beleive they were able to get it so close to what it was given it was a bleached out stain on a navy blue carpet. Thanks so much!

This company Fiber Protection Services has done what I never thought any one could do. I have a very old antique Kerman rug that has been handed down in my family for 3 generations. After my 4 year old son spilled his water paint on the rug I never thought the colors would be the same. I searched the web for someone who could fix my rug and take the paint out but also, because it is such an old rug I didn't want the cleaning to destroy it. I am so thankful to Fiber Protection not only did they get the paint stain out and restore all the colors, my rug looks like new!!! I never thought that was possible if you need a rug carpet or anything cleaned call this company!!!

I had and a very expensive persian rug that my dog had peed on and I was under the impression that it couldn't be fixed until I heard about an amazing company that could get any stain out as well as protect it from further damage.. That was Fiber Protections Services Inc in Toronto Ontario. They were professional, fast and very cost efficient. I would recommend them to anyone I know..

My basement got flooded and I had Fiber Protection Services come do an assessment to see if the carpet was reparable. A thorough clean was done and a quick assessment made. Very knowledge staff to inform me of implications to give me an informed decision. Great work.
