    Fabric protection treatment on sofa and headboard

    Paul was on time and very thorough on applying the protection. He also re-explained how the protection works and, importantly, how their customer service model works, supplementing self-applied spot removal with technician's support if needed.

    customer service is great

    I have hired this company several times to do my rug protection, fabric protection and cleaning. Jeffrey is an owner that really cares that his customers are happy with the work and will ensure that the process is explained. He is passionate and kind. I would recommend them.

    Rug cleaning.

    Second time using Fiber Protection to clean my handwoven rug. They did a fantastic job removing the pet hair, smell, and probably some stains. The rug came back like new. I also purchased 2 rugs while Fiber Protection was cleaning my rug and they immediately picked the new rugs up and applied the Fiber Protect, which I highly recommend for homes with pets. Turnaround was fast - less than a week to clean and Fiber Protect my existing rug, and just a day to Fiber Protect the new ones.

    Cleaning of persian rugs and chenille sofa

    The company cleaned my fine quality Living room Persian rug. I have a dog and there were dog soil stains on it. The stains were removed completely. The colours became vibrant and to my amazement the rug looks new again. As well, my cat had stained the chenille sofa and after taking the cushions to their plant, not only did they remove the stains, but the cushions came back clean without any odour. I also had the sofa and rug protected by them. I would use Fiber Protection Services again and would highly recommend them.

    Fiber Protecting my furniture

    Where to start to tell you about the amazing service that I have received from Paul and his amazing team Arman & Paul!! They were so professional and thorough. The experience was seamless from beginning to end and worth every penny. I felt informed on how to take care of any spots and know that if I need help, they will definitely come to my rescue. It was the best money I ever spent. I feel much more comfortable using my furniture now. Thank you Paul. You are a delightful person to deal with. I feel like you are a friend of the familly now. Thanks again to you and your team for the quality work you did for us.

    Furniture cleaning and protection

    We had a couch and chair cleaned and protected. The work was fantastic and both the couch and the chair came back looking like new. Fiber Protection was easy to deal with and everything went as smooth as I could imagine. Thanks guys. Bill and Sandi Oakville Ontario.

    Protection on new furniture

    Fiber Protection spayed all my new light coloured upholstery, rug and dining room chairs. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my furniture is very well protected and that I can call them anytime and will get a quick response. Paul is very friendly, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable on the product and on all fabrics. He left me with all the products and instructions needed to keep my furniture clean and new.

    Stain removal

    Great service - I got my carpet and couch sprayed just before I had my first baby and we haven't have any issues removing spills. I have and will continue to use this company.

    Cleaning and protection of rugs, upholstery and drapes

    We were introduced to Fiber Protection Services by our designer when purchasing new rugs and furniture for our home. We were so happy with your protection services provided at that time. Courteous, punctual,professional and effective all describe the service we received then and now. You have taken great care of us consistently over the years. Our most recent disaster (thanks to our dogs)on our family room rug was taken care of quickly and expertly. The rug looks and feels just as good today as it did the day we purchased it. In addition, your at home care products are easy and reliable to use. We thank you for the incredible customer service and care you have given us over the years. Truly outstanding!
