    Protection of new sofa and rug

    When I purchased a cream-coloured sofa for the family room, I knew I was going to need some kind of stain protection for it! A friend highly recommended Fiber Protection Services to me, as she had used their protection and stain removal services in the past and was extremely impressed with not only their ability to remove a very tough stain (pen ink) but also with their customer service. After I called Paul, he was at the house within 2 days to protect the sofa and the new rug on which it sits. The application was done quickly and we were able use the furniture again that same evening. Paul left me with a kit of stain removers and told me I could call him any time of day if I had a tough stain I needed walking through. I didn't expect that I would be doing just that quite so quickly, but unfortunately, 2 days following the application, my young son had an accident on the sofa. Fortunately, though, I did not get as stressed about it as I would have had I not used this service! I left a message for Paul immediately and he got back to me very quickly. He actually came to the house the next day, picked up the cushion to take back to the lab, and returned it the day after that with not a single mark left on it. I am very, very happy with the level of customer service and with the peace of mind it has given me - to be able to have the light-coloured couch I wanted in my space, with the reassurance that should something drastic happen to it, this company will be there to help me out. Maybe we'll see how they do with red wine next (although I hope not!) ;-)

    Protection of couches

    Fiber Protection did a fantastic job protecting our couches. They made us feel very confident with their product. They were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

    Sofa protection

    Paul was great to work with he was knowledgeable about the product and did a great job applying the protection onto the sofa.... Was a little pricey but won't know if it is worth it until I spill something on the couch lol. Would recommend to others.

    Dining chairs, rugs, armchairs

    Protected and spot treated previous pet stains on viscose rugs, sprayed rayon dining chairs and armchairs. Spot cleaned house call for pet urine stain on rug at no charge. Work was performed on time as scheduled, professionally done and fast. Drop cloths brought to eliminate any over spray when spraying furniture. Great detail and attention paid to understanding specific fabrics and how to treat them, as well as specific areas more prone to wear on certain pieces of furniture. An after care pack containing different solvents and instructions on how to use them to treat different stains was provided and has been used since. Protection treatment comes with certain number of house calls complimentary depending on how many pieces are treated. Elte furniture exclusively recommends them and they have not disappointed. Well worth the price to protect given the price tag of some of their furniture pieces and exotic fabric choices.

    Fiber protection - chairs

    They spray furniture with a bio-friendly substance that makes it very resistant to stains and provide a backup cleaning kit.

    Family room wool carpet 9*12

    Fibre protect cleaned my family room carpet and were able to remove ikd wine stains which remained from previous cleaners. Carpet is like new. Very happy with service.

    Furniture protection

    Owner Paul provided an on-site cost estimate, and then came back at the end of the cleaning to make sure we were happy. His staff were very professional and friendly. Very, very happy with the work.

    Knowledgeable and friendly

    Paul is very responsive (even though our job is a small one). It was easy to set the appointment. He arrived on time to treat our new sofa, and educated me on how to make sure I knew how to protect it ongoing. No hard sells. Just thoughtful and honest information. And if you like to talk about cars (I do) he can definitely do that!! A real pleasure to have in our home. I have already recommended Fiber Protect and I plan to use them again.

    Carpet cleaning

    A pleasure to know and work with, Fiber Protection Services has completed carpet and upholstery cleaning jobs for me in the past and they were always completed with the upmost professional manner, with great attention to detail and a remarkable amount of pride that shows in their work.     Furniture Cleaning and Treatment

    Marks were removed on my sofa, bed headboard and dining chairs. The same furniture was then treated to prevent further damage.
