    Almost satisfied

    I was referred to Gerry's by a friend-contractor of mine. They were quick to come out and quote and were able to get the job done fairly quickly after my approval. However I did notice that one of the existing vents on a lower level roof (that they were not working on) was crushed on one side - looked like someone stepped on it. I called and Gerry at first said "it was like that" which wasn't true but after a bit of back and forth, he sent someone out to replace the vent all together. There was a bit of a mess on the ground afterwards (old shingle pieces, nails) but overall, there haven't been any leaks and that's the most important part!

    dissapointed

    I called Gerrys for an etimate on sofit, facia, eavestroughs and siding. The company couldnt even be bothered to come out and give me an estimate. Never heard from them again after I had called them. For a company with a pretty good reputation Im kind of dissapointed.

    Roofing, Eaves, Soffits and Fascia

    This company is absolutely wonderful to deal with! They are very quick at getting out estimates and are just lovely to work with. They offer high quality products and their installers are fantastic. I refer ALL of my clients to them for their roofing needs!

    Soffits,fascia,siding,troughs

    Strong recommendation for Gerry's roofing from a knowledgeable and pleasant estimator(Rick) to a great looking finished product of replacing all soffits fascia and troughs along with some siding.Overall a very nice job from start to finish.It's a nice feeling when the people are pleasant and the job is done right at a reasonable price.You won't be disappointed.

    new roof, wood siding, windows and doors

    I had used Gerry's roofing and siding at my previous home and found their work to be excellent, so I recommended them to my wife for this home. We were not disappointed. This was an extensive exterior makeover of the entire home and the work done by Gerry's & Morley's Window's & Doors was excellent. We could not be happier with the outcome. We felt Gerry's estimate was competitive and I trusted the workmanship. I would highly recommend you check them out for your next job! They will not disappoint you!

    Eves Trough Instalation

    The estimator and workers were professional and straightforward. They use quality products. The team was able to book the job to meet our own busy schedule. The troughs were expertly installed on time, for less $ than the estimated cost.

    Eaves/Roof Repair/Fascia

    Got a few quotes and Gerry's was on the lower end but the guys were on time and did a great job. They did 30ft of eaves/a small roof repair/added some downspouts and replaced a 10ft piece of fascia plus some chimney flashing. Shop around because I had quotes twice the price!! Another plus was the "owner" actually got back to you and answered his emails! One larger local company didn't even bother to follow up on the photos I sent them (by request) because they were perhaps too busy or the job was too small to even take a look at the job! How you can quote on a job w/o even taking a look I do not know! Don't hesitate to use these guys and hopefully you'll get the same positive experience I had.

    Eavestrough

    Amazing job! Charged a bit more then other companies but the service was incredible. Quote was done right after contacting the company, the job was completed a short time after we signed the contract. The guys were friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this company.

    seamless gutters with leaf guard and skylight

    Excellent & timely service from the estimate to completion. Measurements were taken before the estimate was given so there were no surprises. Workers were courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. I compared the quote with two other companies and it was comparable. Chose this company because they were the only ones that measured and took the time to explain the process and they guaranteed their workmanship. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Gerry's Roofing.

    Siding, Soffit, Fascia, Eves

    Had someone recommend these guys. They were not the cheapest quote i got but i had a good feeling they would do he kind of job i was looking for. They started in 3 weeks just like was promised, did a pretty good job. I saw 2 issues I asked to have fixed and they sent someone immediately. (minor issues - one area needed caulk and a piece around the window trim had come loose). They didn't ask for a deposit, and i had to call them to pay as i was leaving for vacation (weeks after job completed!) , but apparently that's normal business. I wish all contractors were this professional. They did have a separate crew for siding soffit/fascia and eves, so it happened over 2 days. Hire these guys you wont regret it.
