I recently had a new side door installed by Gerry's in December 2024. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and can say there is absolutely no draft coming through. It was a complicated, lengthy job of which David and Mason (a 3rd fellow on the team unfortunately I cannot recall his name) were very professional and answered any questions I had. Superb tidy up. The Project Manager Will followed up quickly and supplied final report in a timely manner. A very smooth seamless project that I am very happy with. Thank You!

Prior to Christmas, during a very strong evening wind storm we heard loud banging at the side of our home. The noise stopped, and as it was night time I could not see anything when I went outside to have a look. The next morning I had another look and found a piece of soffit had fallen to the ground. Of course I was not happy but noted it was something I needed repaired in the near term. The following night was another wind storm and again we heard loud banging at the side of the house. Again I went outside and again I could see nothing, although this time the banging continued until the wind subsided. Once again I went outside in the morning, but this time there was a large piece of soffit dangling precariously between my home and my neighbours home. Now this time I knew immediate attention was required lest the soffit would blow through my window or my neighbours window. Worse would be that the soffit fall on someone walking below. I then called Gerry's Roofing as I had dealt with them previously and was hoping they would look after what would be a "small" job. I spoke to Amanda and explained the situation. She was very understanding of the situation and said she would attempt to have someone come out that very day to have a look at the problem. She explained that most of the crews were already at other jobs but would do her best to get someone over to my home. She kept me appraised of the progress in trying to get someone that same day and after a few phone calls confirmed that someone would be able to look at the situation that same day. Later in the afternoon a Gerry's truck came to my home and attempted to remove the dangling soffit. Unfortunately, they did not have a ladder long enough to remove the soffit as all of their longer ladders were already being used on other jobs. However, they did say they would return the next day with proper equipment and remove the soffit. True to their word, then next day they arrived, and removed the dangling soffit which eliminated the imminent safety concern. Amanda did a follow up with me to ensure that they crew had attended to my home again. Additionally the crew measured up the damage and said they would report back to Amanda on the requirements to fix the damage that was caused by the wind. The following day I received a call from Amanda who advised there would be a crew out within a few days to repair the damage. Within a day or two, Shawn and James arrived to effect the repairs. The were both extremely courteous and polite, and gave an explanation of the work they would perform. Once they finished the job they knocked on the door and let me know they had "good" news and "bad" news. The "good" news is that they finished the soffit, which looked great. The "bad" news was that they made me aware of a damaged downpipe that also needed to be repaired. They would have to return yet again, since they did not have spare parts for the downpipe with them. The next day it was raining so I expected that the downpipe repair would be delayed. Imagine my surprise when Shawn and James returned and effected repairs in the lousy weather. I cannot express how impressed I am with Gerry's Roofing responsiveness with my issue. From ongoing great communication with Amanda to the quality work of Shawn and James, I can only highly recommend Gerry's roofing to anyone that needs any of the services that they offer.

We hired Gerry's Roofing and Siding to remove our 40 year old siding, along with the soffit and gutters. Our goal was to improve air tightness, improve our insulation and update the exterior look of our home. My sincere thanks to Cosimo (Sales) for your patience with all our questions and last minute changes and Will (Project Manager) guiding us through the project. A big thank you to Jake and his crew, Rod and Mitch, who were extremely courteous throughout the three week plus install. We were initially a little nervous however we realized we had the best crew on our project. Connecting with us everyday and answering any questions we had during the install was appreciated. Jake, you and your crew did a great job! A great big Thank you!!! The house looks fantastic! Cooler weather has moved in and windows are now closed. We've noticed that the house appears to be a lot quieter thanks to the added insulation. I will definitely recommend Gerry's Roofing and Siding to anyone looking for a good contractor for roofing or siding work.

Thank you to Gerrys Roofing team for doing a great job. Everyone involved were professional, courteous, and kept me informed with each step in the process of replacing the roof. Dave, the sales representative, clearly explained how the job would be done and helped me select the shingles. We had Kyle and his crew change the back part of the house that needed over 6 sheets replaced and front eavestrough repair. I would 100% recommend Gerry's Roofing & Siding to anyone who needs work done to their roof, or any other service they offer.

A few years ago Gerry's Roofing replaced my shingle roof. They did an outstanding job. A different contractor recently did work on the chimney and the flashing needed to be replaced. Gerry's Roofing was quick to respond to the repairs. Joel came out and replaced a few shingles and installed new flashing. He and his apprentice did outstanding work. Gerry's Roofing is definitely the "go to" team to get your house looked after both in service and price. Outstanding job.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Gerry's Roofing & Siding for a roof replacement. From the initial consultation to completion, the staff were very friendly and professional. They kept us informed throughout the process and followed up after completion. The crew arrived early, worked nonstop and cleaned everything up when they were finished...great job! The roof looks great and we will definitely use their services again. This is our second time using Gerrys roofing service, they also replaced of our eves trough and we have more plans in our future!!
